I have backed up and do a factory reset and I have touched all settings parameters that has to do with camera orientation but it still takes pictures upside down

Good morning Nairalanders, please my tecno j8 has been so frustrating lately that I did factory reset recently. Since last week anytime I switched it off and try to on it will show the below factory menu and I'll click reboot and the phone will reboot. Surprisingly, I try to turn on my phone around 6am and up till this moment my phone keeps returning to this factory menu. I'm really scared of factory reset as I don't want to lose my data, any way out greats?

you have said it yourself,it your choice,if you are buying your phone because of the 4G band then the camon 11 pro is your choice.

I have actually checked the specs for both fones and trust me redmi beats CAMON hands down but I have a problem with the 4g bands. CAMON 11 & 11 PRO seems to have more 4g bands than REDMI NOTE 7.

For we glo 4g users (band 28), I think redmi isn't favorable, or what do u say?

you can use the "find my device" app from google to locate your device.

true but i think the devices in the spark series like the recently launched spark 3 is way more budget friendly device. all three variants are less than retails for less then 40k

nice tips, but the phone master app of any tecno device can be of mad help too,you can use it to clear cache and junk files effectively.

They both got good devices but you have to look at others factors like reach to get these devices, infinix have established more grounds in Nigeria than Xaomi so they are bound to provide better services like customer care and repairs, so I think they have serious edge on this one.

An update was released recently on the Camon 11 pro and to be honest the March security patch update has improved greatly on the feature of the device. here are some of the features that have been greatly improved;

1. the camera has improved greatly in that on the selfie camera you could increase and reduce the brightness of the flash by simply sliding your hand up and down.

2. 3 finger screenshot has also been updated perfectly.

3. multitasking is more than awesome now.

4. picture quality of camera has been worked on.

5. battery last longer than before.

so those using the device update yours to the march security patch update and make the best use of your device

i think the main selling feature of the camon 11 pro is its camera
