1.) Open the borders and make Nigeria an EXPORT BASED economy like China.
2.) The loans you have collected, use it to Enforce Establishment of Farms, industries etc. Then Let individuals apply to become CEOS and Chairmen of companies. Then you Closely monitor the Progress of the companies and Demand ROI after a period of years.
3.) Mandate that the made in Nigeria products meet up to standard before you export anything out to Nations, and make sure target nations include US, Taiwan, That useless China and some other making sense nations.
4.) Make business connections, as chairman of ECOWAS, force business around your sister nations and other African nations.
5.) Declare currency redundancy, and redecimalise your currency OR Establish a new currency.
6.) Use Liechtenstein as case study. Find a way to let people bring in Money into the nation, and surcharge a fee.
7.) The Ghanaian Cedis and South African Rand are in the World Currency Market, why is Nigerian naira not there? Why not find a way to have it there?

A true leader is judged based on his empathy towards his people and not the ability to make decisions that will put them in misery.
