Area4Area: Simple as ABC, they'd open another thread tomorrow to cry about the closure, something so many Nigerians are tending to forget. His logic,
Paint the picture of the closure looking so bad for Nigeria so we can start begging the FG to open the border so that they continue their illegal trade but good enough, Nigerians are not fooled by that. That's why the continuous crying and wailing everyday. They'd create another thread tomorrow just to lie to Nigerians how bad it is and how rosy it's been for Ghana since the closure so that Nigerians would start appealing for it to be opened We have our decisions at hand. This is West Africa we have the biggest market here. Let enemies go to hell. |

gyeplus: It seems Ghanaians don't know the country called Nigeria. Nigeria is a full time scam of a country. what people say here is a way to demand for respect for nigeria which it doesn't deserve. To them every other country is small, or not populated as theirs, but honestly, a serious country wouldn't be talking about population and size of country at the expense of development. Just divide the GDP they boast of as being rich by the total population of the country and you will see how unfortunate the country is. people who boast of the wealth of individuals at the expense the poor state of the country, you should know the level of mediocrecy. Instead of investigating the assets of politicians and other rich individuals to know whether their source of income is genuine not acquired through corrupts means from state coffers, they stand by the road side clap and hail them as they pass, something Ghana never condones, they audit the assets of the politicians and any other wealthy people to find out if they are properly acquired and not through state coffers. Bro, don't worry yourself, let them keep talking, its something you will never understand from most nigerians, the politicians use these means to play fast one on them by telling them lies in other to pocket state money, lies the people never find out wether through or false, some of this lies are what you are reading from the people here. They see all diplomatic steps towards them as begging them. Is this a way to improve a country by leaking all bilateral talks to strengthen trade among countries as begging?. If its about closing borders as a result of influx of. smugglers, lets be sincere, will a smuggler use the borders to enroute smuggled goods?, even if they use the border, will they cross without the consent of the custom officers?, will you prioritize a divisive policy, a tribal policy, policy that habours hatred for your people in the diaspora at the expense of improving roads and other basic policies that will improve the well being of the people? You have time posting stories. ur likes are the one contributing nuisance here. Poor fellow African brothers contributing nuisance hope all of u will be sent packing soon. |

GENEGIRIA: Thank you. I pity Nigerians. They know their country is in a sorry state, but pride and arrogance is just killing them. I will tell you a small story. Three weeks ago, I was on a flight to Singapore. The fellow who sat with me from Dubai to Singapore was a nigerian from katsina state, but lives in Lagos. Initially I thought he was from East Africa or something, because of the way he was dressed. When we started talking, he told me was in his way to Singapore for a conference. He was surprised when I told him that as a Ghanaian, I didn’t need a visa to go to Singapore. He was shocked. He wanted to know if I had a diplomatic passport. I told him no, that all I had was an ordinary Ghanaian passport. He told me his own wife was refused a visa to Singapore and that he and his wife had arranged to meet in Dubai days later for a short holiday.
Two week later I traveled to South Africa, and also I didn’t need a visa. You Nigerians should be humble and learn a thing or two from a Ghana and Ghanaians. Years ago, Ghana was a basket case and were constantly mocked by you Nigerians. Today, Nigerians are trooping in Ghana to escape unmitigated poverty. Nigeria is going down while you people celebrate the stvpidity of a border closure.
Has the govt outlined clear policies that will make the ordinary nigerian benefit from the border closure? Where is the electricity to produce anything? Kidnappings, robberies etc etc Some people are delighted because neighboring countries are “suffering” from the border closure. That is a lie from the pit of hell. It has not affected anything in Ghana. Ghana’s economy is growing at 8.8%. The fact that Ghana raised objections to the border closure did not mean Ghana’s economy depends on trade with Nigeria. How much bilateral trade exist among the two countries? Very little. Look at nigeria today. Look at life expectancy, unemployment, electricity access, education etc. it is a shame a country that produces so much oil and gas cannot provide electricity that other countries take for granted in the 21st century. You all should bow your heads in shame Ghana is now a God that needs to be worship For giving u VISA free. U guys will not amaze me. U even talking about life expentancy funny you. Micheal Jackson was expecting to even stay 150years but at what age did he died? Did u know tomorrow. Stop quoting something illegal is that ur point of excuse? I'm bold enough to tell u what makes us giant today is our population and no any African country today can lift the Nigerians burden including ur Ghana. |

gyeplus: The day nigeria will change from its fake ideologies, africa will feel the sigh of change. About 99% comments directed to Ghana and Ghanaians here in this platform are all lies. Its out of jealousy to demean Ghana, or its lack of knowlege that they don't know what they type. Is it because Ghanaians are not on this platform to counter some of this unthinkable lies you write about them?. Imaganine someone saying Nigeria supplies Ghana electricity. Ei, who told you that?. Ghana has it in abundance, and supplies burkina faso, togo, benin etc, if its not arrogance and self pomposity, Nigeria could arrange for Ghana to extend the excess to manage some parts of nigeria. Unneccessary pride and faking life makes a fake country. Why will you feel ok, if you lack basic health care, electricity, water etc mixed with crimes: kidnappings, terrorism, rape, armrobbery etc. Kidnapping, terrorism, rape, armrobbery etc, is it only in Nigeria? I will point out your reason for hatered soon when you tell me ur country of origin before I know what to do. |

your zombies are hawking dog chains all around here by day and robbing by night. Is this what you want to offer Africa? Feeding who with puff puff is that what ur parents feeds you. My friend first of all we need to understand those who are suffering in Nigeria before we start exchanging words. Nigerians are very hardworking people. Go to our market and see what traders are earning. Your likes are the one suffering in Nigeria. Anyway your Ghanaian Puff puff hawker are also Nigerians suffering with smile on their face. |

Litmus: The Ghanaians didn’t recon by Jamaicans challenging them. The Ghanaians may have been lulled into a false sense of security by the fact they regularly and easily dupe Nigerians who, being a forward looking people don’t take cultural heritage seriously. The Jamaicans told them straight the true origin of the name Jamaica, which was from the Carib Indians. Proving smarts and thinks we Nigerians are dump. Buhari has a lot of works to accomplish but having fun in aso rock as if nothing serious is knocking on his door. In his eye wide open things will sink if he is not careful enough anyway their tenure will be over soon and hopefully the serious mindset will take over. |

Calabar, Uyo, Awka, Jos even war torn Maiduguri etc should be used for comparison instead of Ibadan Those Ghanaians like ranting I don't just have their time hope it was OK as it was going solo. |
