It is very possible, there is a 13yr old girl in my compound, I'm telling you when I learnt about her age I was so surprised. Nd judging from her looks I would have ranged her age btw 18 & 21 bt she's just 13yrs. So dear op d lady up dre can actually b 15yrs.
