a bag of fresh (uncut) goes for 10k to 11k...we use similar bags for sugar and flour. ... No, what you see in the picture cannot fill a bag.

based on economic constrain, the option i would suggest is durumi... Its not the finest part of abuja... But for 150-200 u will get a sef con, and if it has a window A/C slot, he can install it for cheap (fairly used). Or use fan instead,. Now... For commuting.. Durumi still has okada sef...
