Congrats dear. Did your doctor prescribe those drug for you? I thought omega 369 is supposed to caused uterine contractions? Then why lime? Haaaa, am confused here, do you want to flush the pregnancy?

If your dr don't prescribe it kindly enquire from him before use ok.for now folic acid is your best bet.

For your cough and catarrh take vitamin C more.

Ok. Let me explain better. I started the Vitex cos my period moved from 26days - 32 days, it wasn't regular. My husband is a doctor, so I started with Vitex and Omega this Monday. Tuesday brought cough and catarrh, so I used Vitamin C, then Lipton with lime. I only tested this evening cos my period is late... Thank you for the response

You're safe Dear. Just stop the lime and lipton. Lime is very controversial in ttc and pregnancy. You can take little bit of lemon and honey in plain water if you still need to. Go to the Dr soon so that you can start on antenatal drugs which is very very important seeing that you're not taking any Prennatals.

Phew! Ok. But vitex isnt good (I don't want to use the word safe so you don't get scared) for pregnancy....pls stop it. You should be on prenatals (folic acid and all). The cough and cattarrh may just be one of your pregnancy symptoms..i still occasionally have blocked sinuses as part of my package... But still consult with your doc on guidance.

Were you taking vitex before your bfp or you started taking vitex after bfp?
You are NOT meant to take vitex during pregnancy... Please confirm by reading the instructions on the bottle of the drugs.
But wait, vitex is not for cough and cattarh nah? You just gave me serious brain freeze. Abeg report to your doctor immediately!

It is generally advised to consult your doctor before ingesting drugs of any form cos we don't know what they would do to the LO.
