As I said before, they are not friends neither have they met one on one. Debbie came into the house and pretended to faint, Bisola was among the first people up even put her hand into her mouth before Debbie stood up and said it was a prank. So there's residual feeling of Debbie going too far in her prank

My birth story. Very short.
I had a very uneventful pregnancy with no morning sickness or spitting. My elective CS was scheduled for 1st of Nov. On Sunday the 30th of Oct I started leaking water. Dh got me antibiotics to prevent infection. I called my boss the medical director of the private hospital I work with and was scheduled to have my CS. He requested I do the CS immediately but I told him I will do it on Monday.

On Monday Dh went to work while I arranged my stuff, he came back early to go pick his mum from the park, when they got back we went to the hospital. Got to the hospital by 7.30pm, settled in my room gisting with my colleagues the nurses on duty, only to find out my boss wasn't available and the doctor on duty wasn't experienced enough to do the CS. I called him on phone said he had a family emergency and requested to speak with my Dh. By 8pm I walked in to the theatre to see my Dh prepping the doctor and nurses assisting him. My Dh is a medical doctor. I just said thank God it's a doctor am comfortable and confident in.

I got on the bed and Dh administered the spinal anaesthesia, I laid down, gradually lost feeling in my legs and then the drama started, I kept insisting the nurses help me move my legs and panicking too. Dh calmed me down with talk, telling me his qualifications, other surgeries... I calmed down 30mins later and surgery started, my baby was bought out by his dad at 8.45pm I told him to sew fast I couldn't breathe o, he told me to calm down and stop panicking and just shook his head at all my drama. Was back in my room by 9.30pm, called family and friends and didn't sleep that night.

My recovery has been very fast. The dressing was changed 3 days later, by Sunday it was removed and all closed up and I didn't have to clean the site, no stitches needed to be removed. Now am fully healed. I thank God for His mercies. My MIL has been great too, I thank God for her. I also thank God I got a medical team that was very helpful, nice and patient with me.

Mama, sorry dis is coming late.
Massage d breast with warm water and always wipe d tips with clean cloth and allow baby to feed on d engorged breast mostly, with time u will be fine. If u have a breast pump use it as it will help u more. I experienced it few days after delivery and dat sh*t is painful.

its better now. Massaged with hot water and then hands. Thank you very much

@ capt iomoge2, pls try supplement with Nan1. What helped me was my dh massaged the areola very well to release drops into a cup, it helped to open the ducts and I also massaged the whole bre.ast with hot water (not scalding hot). My flow is better now.

Use a breast pump to pump out most of the milk and then breastfeed normally. Don't let your books become so full before breastfeeding.

Massaging it with a warm towel helps and drink lots of water. Then try to be extra relaxed when feeding your lo. It's a function of the mind that allows for letdown when breastfeeding

We are in bliss stage
She sleeps 18 out of 24hours.
But 4 out of 6 hours awake is mostly at night when everywhere is quiet.... lol
So i play music......lol

Very true. My baby sleeps during the day and plays at night. God keep them for us

Congrats sweetrie , we thank God for safe delivery.
As for the engorged breast, try clean the nipples very well with olive oil to clear the ducts, then massage the breasts with not too hot water and keep putting baby to breast to suck. Sorry dear.
