That's why I said you should clean it ,so that it will open properly,sometimes dirt block the duct ,and because its not flowing it will cause the breast to be engorge .

First of all clean the tip with cotten wool and olive oil, then massage it with towel and hot water(not scalding one oh,that breast is important), then continue putting baby to breast,the more your baby sucks the more it flows.

I put him to breast but its like the milk is blocked somewhere, only flows when I massage it. He can suck for an hour, so I don't think he's getting anything. I will massage with hot water. Thank you ma

Yes, was for 5days. Now NLC wants to embark on their own from wednesday, all public sectors will certainly join.

It was actually three days warning strike, from Wednesday to Friday. At least they resume tomorrow, pending when NLC start their own.
