Funny enough, OSU is part of the schools VETASSES asseses positively but with the three years, I don't know. He will need to add his diploma. In addition, you should confirm if there is no registration requirements with the body in charge of counsellors.

That 3 years na d wahala too plus the forst college aint a diploma school its just like preliminaries like A' Level...that's why we started lookin at the welfare worker as an alternative their site is a little bit friendly that is the ACWA that assess welfare workers

More like an A'Level package, predegree(Ogun state cooperative college Abeokuta affiliated to olabisi onabanjo university) u know how naija admission dey be Na he wanted to study banking and finance or sociology..but didn't make the cut off so he was given guidance and couselling in OSU(olabisi onabanjo university).that's the school he finished from

Gooday, I still await my tourism visa bit I want to help.my elder brother through the PR route he has a B.Ed in Guidance and counselling he will be 34 by dis June not written any English test he has worked with the psychology board in kano for nysc and well in our family company as a risk cousellor and also in a primary school as a welfare officer. We HV checked jobs as a counsellor be will be assessed by VETASSES which HV bin hvin issues with people here saying they don't asses our bachelor degree well(my brother got to university via direct entry meanin he even used 3yrs) the other occupation welfare officer is assesed by ACWA dnt think anyone here has bin assessed by them...plz advice...he HS started prepin for pte tho

I don't get you bro am planning on going this PR route for my brother he has to be assessed by VETASSSES what do you mean dey discriminate against four year BSC...he got a B.Ed tho in guidance and counseling don't they recognise 4year courses or they want it to be a 5 year course kindly elucidate...thanks

I didn't say that...I didn't just have sufficient info as per dat cos a page in the online application was so specific 'upload personal funds/credit card limit or anything like dat' Na dere I hook as really my account ain't too buoyant at that time and am just a student...as for the paper application the checklist was 'show funding which may include self, family, friend or organization' that's why I switched lanes cos am bin funded by both an organization and an individual I HV also bin refused b4 although the refusal was partly my fault I hope this our last application turns fruitful.

Exactly when u pay nd ur done with the application. Yu will be asked to print the page nd take to them. Porthealth is close to the Intl airport ask anybody it's 1000 naira. Teleperformance is at the etiebets place at Ikeja frm airport take bus going to Maryland drop at Abule bustop. The place is in front of you.

Yes online thing is much faster and secured. Do I need to go for biometric first before lodging online and include the polio vaccination card in the application documents ?

when u re done with application online which of course will include the polio card which cud be got at Port health close to the Intl airport Ikeja I think after payment you print a confirmatory page which u gonna carry along to present at teleperformace where u will be charged 6800 naira for biometrics...I met a guy who came to do dat the day I lodged my own application...

Am not saying it is better I just did not forge ahead with it cos it requires personal account and the training am.goin for is funded dats why I didnt USe the online thing..but from foreign forum it is said to be faster....polio is mandatory for anyone ffm naija to get...even at the airport u will. BE asked...hope this helps

My brothers I'm new to this latest method of visa application I'm about to apply for a tourist visa(not fully decided though, still contemplating the 189), now to tourist visa, do I need to undergo medicals and polio vaccination card for two/three weeks visit?, I've opened an immi account,how do I submit biometric after getting it done at the teleperformance and paying in Lagos? Would they give me and scan with my documents and upload in my immi account? I need help about this . thanks

I was contemplating applying online for my last tourist visa application but dropped it when I couldn't get enough info on it...however concerning doing medicals you can lodge yur paper application and wait to be asked to do or if u dnt want delays u can fill the 'my health declaration form on the immi account' key things that may warrant you to do medicals include...if u re staying more than 3 months, if u are by any means going to visit a health care institution or school, if you are above 75 and if are going to work as a doc or military personnel among others.

Hello Frazeez, every time I read your posts, I seriously withhold myself from commenting. Not to insult you but I feel you a big baby, spolit, and very very impatient! What is sad news for you? That your documents are being subjected to further checks? Is that a visa denial No need of coming here and looking for sympathy and to whip up sentiments! What if I told you that my 189 has been dragging for 9 months now? Maybe if you were the one, you would have since been admitted for high BP? Man up or Woman up!! Going to Australia is not your ultimate destiny in life! Calm down and don't come crying here everyday!
If that visa is to come out tommorow, will you ignore it? All I will say is be patient, no need to throw money around, see this one through and if need be you will deferr the admission. US student visas are no less stressful or quicker to secure. I hope you don't see this as an insult. God bless you.

My lecfurer/prof wants to sponsor me and also the medical body for students can I attached both please be aware I had been refused twice though for another subclass which doesn't permit traning

I think the main reason why it was refused is just the insufficient fund in the account. Based on what you have stated, you sufficiently proved that you have every reason to come back home and not otherwise. If you really keen about it, I would advise you to get the issue of fund/account statement right and then re-apply.

I am to apply latest this Wednesday my school and the school in Australia re now very aware and they really want to be involved in this next application but now even my HOD wants to sponsor too and willing to give his statement of account now my question is can I use 3 sponsors now...my bros my association and my HODs own both have letter head paper that I have bin introduced
In another development I called Pretoria directly on how they arrived at my previous refusal nd I got the shocker that some of my documents didn't get to them so guys be prayerful while lodging ooo

Thanks bro I figured that out..but then I have 2 options tho in previous applications I had stated I am an editor with NIMSA a subsidiary of NMA a d they are willing to sponsor but could t go through the wahala of signings and protocols dats why I used my bros account in the first place now can switch to say they are the ones ready to sponsor me wunt it look somehow and am thinking of applying directly online as this is faster as previous guys who I asked used the channel

Tension dey kill me here o, I have submitted transcript via email to my CO as they requested and 3 days has gone I am yet to hear from her o. Only God knows how my transcript disappeared from my initial application.

The thing taya me o is it that TLS contact dnt send all documents sometimes cos in my case they said they only saw my admission letter and nothing more...

The best thing is to go for Tourist visa but you need to adequately prove it since you don't have any close family member here.

That's what am saying I have read this forum from beginning till end(took me 3 days) before I applied for this I used their checklist to check that my application was complete I sent... I sent a letter from my school my graduation year and month , my brothers account, the university in Sydney admission letter and even accommodation details cos I secured dat. And some police checks and insurance..even did medicals cos I will be entering a hospital environment.
So they said I hv no travel history(truly) and I hv no intent to come back home (like serzly! I hv spent 5 yearin med school why wunt I come to graduate!) And dat my bro account ain't sufficient at the moment.

What program exactly do you want to do in Australia? Do you have any close relation in Australia e.g Father,Mother,Brother or Sister? If yes, you could do tourist visa easily.

In applying for Australia visa, you must get the facts and the requirements right. There is no short-cut. One could get refusal severally if care is not taken. So, your clear purpose of travelling must be defined in order to guide you a right.

It is a training program. Which we med students undergo in anypart of the world like an IT which will last for 2months.
I don't have any close relation.in Aussie I just picked interest In the country because of its growing healthcare opportunity and I intend coming back to complete and graduate here(obviously) a tourist visa allows you study for 3 mths maximum.

People get to know dat when they either get their grant or negative reply..or when their C/O contacts them just add minimum of 3 days to the day u lodged your application.

Please I need your help e-fam, am a medical student who intends to visit Australia for a program I applied for a subclass 400 last year(I was naive) and if was refused because I didn't upload enuf evidence of my current studies in 5 days, I applies for the same subclass a week later this time complete and using my brothers company(family company) with same surname as my sponsor it was refused after 2 months their reason was that I was not eligible for dat subclass bcus am still a student and if o wanted to realy travel I had use a tourist visa. I applied for that 4th of Jan 2016 and deferred my training till march 2016 and yesterday I got a shocker again refusal because
1) this time around there was less fund in my brothers business account (its january so lil sales atm)
2) I didn't provide enuf evidence for the training(after I submitted my invitation letter for the training and insurance cover)
Now I have my association which am an editor ready to sponsor my travel and give their account statement too please do I go ahead and apply or their are some fine runnings I have to do
