SAA services is alright, the cabin crew are nice and friendly. It was 5 hours and some minutes from Abuja to Jo'burg, stopover was around 5 hours, then 8 hours 43 minutes from Jo'burg to Perth, stopover was around 8 hours(the wait no be here), then around 4 hours and some minutes from Perth to Sydney. Just take your time and look around for a flight with one stopover, mine was due to booking at short notice.

As in e no easy if I write my timeline here go full and I think my stuff is just a tourist visa so most people are not interested however I feel there are lotta life lessons especially as regards resilience in my case
Timeline I wanted to do my observership trainee programme in the US however it was too cliché as everyone was going there and really I was just watching natgeowild and Australia stuck I just googled the site got my placement went like a fool to TLS contact submitted a wack subclass 400 application Sept 29, 2015, of course it came out 'REFUSED' in 3 working days
Then frm the refusal letter I thought I had learnt my lesson I got a solid letter from the school paid for travel cover insurance, got accommodation and used my bros account lodged 15 October 2015 this was the longest ever as my CO called me personally like 2 tyms even I begin dey chaik am sef she called my bro, I was more than relaxed that I was getting the visa on 23rd of December dem knack me akpako 'REFUSED' I didn't satisfy just one clause visa 400 is not used for training purposes, sincerly last Xmas and new year wasn't really my best of celebration I have not discovered this forum then on 31st December I went for medicals...beefed up my application for tourist visa as this allows study up to 3 months however sales in my bro account was nt looking so nice as the dollar thing dey fear am so be invested with his money I lodged visa first week of January 4th precisely on 28th january...anoda akpako even though I knew this wasn't a fair judgement they said I lacked incentives to return and that I have no money in the account I provided jeez wanted to die then I found this wonderful forum where healings take place thanks to bellong, NNB, and bosses Js....who kept the hope alive...I essentially submitted same thing in my previous application however my Prof in school sponsored this tym with his account and yes my school body and in the further answer section I wrote an epistle as to why I really intended to come back to my study here and well lodged on 11th February got to Pretoria on 15th Feb...grant today 7:20 am na im wake me I swear I tot it was a refusal as they didn't contact any of the account holders dis tym around I had the liver go open the mail 12pm...
I can't thank u guys enuf...tho it was quite a journey but I have really learnt really really and well I will everly be grateful...resilience pays....
Aspire today...inspire tomorrow

Dfavouredone:
Hello, please i need advice.

I submitted an application on 29th of December 2015 online for a 476 subclass visa.

I did IELTS exams on the 9th of January 2016.

I was contacted by a CO on 2nd of March 2016 and told that my english language test result cannot be accepted because it was written AFTER the date i lodge my application, and that i should provide an English language test result that was written prior to lodging the application.

I do not have any english language result written prior to submitting the application, the only english language result i have is the one written after i submit the application.

I have reply them that i dont have any other english language result written before the date i lodge the application.

I am wondering, do i stand a chance? Can the date difference be overlooked as they haven't gotten back to me since then.

I am thinking of withdrawing the current application and applying again since the english test result i have now will then be before the application. What is your advice please? Or should I wait until IMMI make their decision before lodging another application (if their decision turns out negative).

Is there any implication of withdrawing an application and then re-applying for same class of visa again?

Sorry for the many questions in one post.

Thanks for your help.

He just has to substantiate his work experience with enough documents such as employment reference letter, appointment letter, promotional letters, salary increase, payslip, bank statement, tax certificate etc. It is not compulsory to have all but you just have to substantiate with enough documents as you can.
Thank you boss

NNBB2012:
Few points to note when selecting a course to study in Australia, if you are keen of PR at end of your study:
-Ensure you select a course that is relevant to the occupation on the list.
-Check if the course you intend to study is accredited by the relevant authority.
-If you do not have work experience, make sure you do a course which occupation may not require work for an assessment. Most occupations that Vetassess assesses require at least 1 year work experience.
-Do not believe of what somebody has told you until you check these things by yourself. Many end-up changing courses after discovering that their courses are irrelevant in Australia.
-If you have experience and your occupation is on the list, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on study but rather pursue your PR.
This ain't for me but for my brother please his occupation is listed , he will be sitting for PTE soonest and he has a bachelor's degree he graduated about 8 years ago and asides the NYSC work experience he has been working with our family company and payment na hand to hand how does he claim this as really asides payslips and cover letter are there other things we can get for him?

Igbo culture is too archaic, even if your parents are gone your brother automatical bcoms responsible as a mediator and go between, at least thats how its done in saner cultures. But igbo culture your brother automatically sees himself as a lord who tries to acquire everything including what belongs to his brothers, thats why if you die theycome running cclaiming all their brothers property and blaming the wife as the killer
in this case jude wants the brothers to himself and no outsider is welcomed including the wifes who is seen as dragging the financial benefits that is suppose to accrue to him. If your sister is married to an igbo man just know automatically the relatives loat her undecided
What has Igbo culture got to do with this now? Eh?

Here is for Australian visa enquiries not new Zealand sir
akeenade:
Hello House, I have been reading the comments and need to appreciate all the good work you guys are doing.

Please I am considering relocating to New Zealand, my wife and I both have first degrees in management and about 7 years working experience each. we have two kids (3 & 1+). I would really appreciate the best and fastest route to immigrating. The major reason for leaving is for our kids and obviously the better conditions of living. Even though I earn about 300k monthly, I don't see it providing a decent future for my wife and kids.

I have recognizable professional certificates in CIPS and APICS. I have been a supply chain professional (Procurement & expediting) for over 7 years. I am 32 while my wife is 29. Please I would appreciate any assistance the guru's can provide.
