Emotional security, Stability, Congruence and Support (not financial) are important virtues. As men it is in our benefit that we nurture or at least attempt to attain all or many of these virtues.

If a child is scared of the dark, and still must pass through a dark room or corner to reach a destination; how would you encourage this child to do so?
If a woman you love, has mediocre culinary skills, how do you ensure the woman you love develops exceptional culinary skills?

well, it depends, I live in Karu site (just before Nyanyan) and there are alot of agents around here with houses that are readily available but mind u, u wont be able to get a self con for 100K in Karu, so u should be looking at 150k-300k depending on the standard of the house.
As for Nyanyan and Mararaba, u should be able to get that of 100K but it might be below standard so I would suggest u put ur mind on 150k.
And for Lugbe and Airport Road, I don't know much about the cost of rent and the security in the area
