You don't even know what you are talking about. You are only looking at league positions not even the financial aspect or other factors that will affect the other leagues below epl. It doesn't affect only the premier league but the entire English league association.

It's just common sense. If this season is cancelled thereby making it null and void then last season standings will be use for European positions. If city ban is not dropped then arsenal will qualify for the champions league. I can't be teaching you everything.
