Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by swit4real:
@bobbydbobo How would you affirm that all that were interviewed will get the Job. what then was the reason foя the interview if not to find the best fit. I understand you are giving us hope which I acknowledge that most of us will make it,but it can not be every body.
@gfullmoon, Ʊ re beginning to reason like me. I have always felt that this exercise will cross over to 2014. But its a project that can not be abandoned if nigeria will move forward.

chukkydee: @Calculus.... Na wa 4 dat school o! 4 me, I wud advise U 2b patient wt NIMC since u hv dn d training. God do am 4 us, d expectant peeps. @my INEC ppl, congrats. God is eva faithful!
Brothers, please let's be of a good advice to our friend CALCULUS.He needs our encouragement. I see this as his future and I a♏ taking it serious. How many % sure is he that NIMC will offer him the job for him to loose this one. If we don't know what better advice to give, its better we keep quite than give a wrong advice.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by swit4real: 8:04pm On Aug 30, 2013
sojiformular: Let me state categorically dat if CALCULUS accept d offer, he will be made to sign a kind of bond or agreement in that regard and d agreement is a legal document. D implication is dat he is binded by law (since he signed). This wicked tactics is being employd by employers because of high rate of unemployment in d country. so Calculus, seek direction frm God and take d bull by d horn. ALL WILL BE WELL
One can not be bound by a law that negates the law of a country, law of the country is supreme.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by swit4real:
gfullmoon: You must be a lawyer or experienced jobwise! But before he hire a good lawyer, fuel his car monthly or more & the case lasting bw 1-3 yrs,it'll be a drain on his NIMC alawi. He should avoid being sued in the first place. Guy use ur absolute discretion in this issue.
@gfullmoon, you may not have understood my plight. I gave him options available,to which I stated the dis adv' of option 3. Other options haveno dis adv' and s/he can subscribe to either 1 or 2. Paying 4months salary in areas b4 termination of appointment is obnoxious and tantamount to criminality and injustice, it should be abhorred by all parties. Labour law which is supreme to any company' policy as regards to personnel management did not support it. So, I strongly advice s/he takes up the offer. A bird at hand is better than a million in the bush. Please jettison your decision and move on.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by swit4real: 5:21pm On Aug 30, 2013
CALCULUS BRAINZ: jst been caled 4 APL on 2/9/13 in a privat sch dt pays 85k 4 which u must serve 4 atleast 2yrs be4 u quit odawise u pay d skuu 4mth salary. i'm also part of nimc trainee awaitin APL. What shud i do in dis case?
Company and allied matters act of 1990 states that either party in a contract can decide the termination of a contract. If the hiring party is to decide, they will pay the hired party one month salary in lieu, provided the contracts is below 10years,but one year salary if the contract is above 10 year. But if the hired party is to decide, then the party will forfeit one month salary as a notice. Therefore CALCULUS BRAINZ you have nothing to loose,go and collect your APL and resume duties with the school. Paraventure NIMC calls you for APL,you have three choice of which are two very legitimate
1) Give them one month notice of resignation
2) Pay them one month salary in areas and resign immediately
Lastly, write a resignation letter and submit through any of the staff to the personnel Mgr,and resume your NIMC job.(Abscone) but be sure you don't have any of the school' item in your possession. This last option is not always good, but people go for it and sure the hiring party do not have powers to prosecute.

Presumably, NASS recess or Board mttn could be what is holding our APL, but NASS is resuming on 17th Jul and Board qrtly meeting is coming up this sept. But one question is do NASS being on recess and board mttn affect TRN and INTVW, nope. So, what could be the reason NIMC is on halt. I strongly suggest NIMC's capital adequacy may not sustain her obligations if they are to employ this quantum number in this fiscal year. It's about 3-4wks the last batch ended her TRN yet TRN allowance has not been paid. I suspect budgetary hitches(No money in quote), that may delay this exercise till 2014 budget. My opinion good peeps, patience is the quay.

Justcul: The truth is always bitter...Gboliwe is right IMO... U guys are being selfish. What stops Nimc from posting d apt test results 4 everyone 2 know its faithhuh
Even if they post result wouldn't you still complain of ill-treatment of the examiner. Hey,there is no perfect system. Ʊ heard me saying sometimes that I know of ppl who did Intv but did not write APT, meaning no water tight system, yet I commend the exercise. If we are to judge by world class standard, I would say the exercise is a failure, but my yardstick of measurement is Nigerian gvt recr't. Has there been any gvt recr't where APT result was published. Don't be surprise NIMC will iv more ppl for Intvews, n both Ʊ and Gboliwe will make it IJN

Those doubting NIMC recruitment being impressive should take [/s]a Viewer[/s] [observation] at the ongoing FCSC recruitment. The exercise from inception has turned to a nightmare and it's tantamount to a bleep.
1) Manual application.
2)Scarcity of form
3)Only 6 places to pick the form
4)FSLC must be included in you duc...etc
All these are hitches to obscure one from just applying. Do you know that candidates have already protested in abuja for unavailability of app form and purported sale of app form by FCSC officials. Though NASS has swayed into it, but we already know that nothing will happen. D4 no suspense. Felas, Its a petty "THERE WAS A COUNTRY" . Without fear or prejudice this NIMC exercise is the best Gvt recr't exercise in our contemporary time. All I would advice is that NIMC should hasten up or they should come up with a policy statement. If u don't ve ur patience activated, pls do bcs mine is running at optimum level.

Those in N'Wood, can do a good script from what is happening here. I have never seen suspence in a nigerian affair than this. Even in nigerian elections, the winner is known b4 the vote casting, so are other government recruitment. NIMC has maintained a standard which impresses me, just that the darkness is becoming too much

Talk Is Cheap: My brother dis is good news na n not darkness. It goes to show dat we can ve a credible and reliable organisation in Nigeria dat can do things postively witout d influence of outsiders n top govt officials. I hail NIMC jare, dey r doing a good job. If we start work there too,we ve to imbibe d culture of secrecy n credibility dat way we can sanitise d nation. But abeg oo, which one be OT?? Me I no undstand. Abi na Training
OT is Orientation Training, I do not see any thing bad in NIMC coming up with a policy statement as regard to this exercise. I doubt even if her staff know the state of the exercise, info about this recruitment is in the hands of a very few person. We are all in the dark. Some people have gone for OT and were neither paid inconvenient allow, given APL nor told when? We are all in the dark and it's not the best.
T is C, there is no water tight system in Nigeria. I know of not less than 2 persons that have been interviewed for CSO in this exercise but they did not write APT. I doubt if every thing is in place for take off of this project, because I don't know why it would take NIMC 1 year to recruit staff.

Patience and Respect peeps

That is a welcome dev, we at owerri are planing our own. I suggest this is a good way to start an uprising that will end the problem facing Nigerian youth. Government is not helping us, we just have people who only think of themselves and their children in government offices. Its so painful, but we can do something.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by swit4real: 1:39pm On Aug 19, 2013
Darkness has engulfed this recruitment exercise. I was in NIMC office today, but its quite unfortunate that I got no relevant info. The oath of secrecy sworn by this men is something else. I wish NIMC will come up with a policy statement to reduce this tension.

The only unconfirmed info I got is that, list of successful candidate that passed OT has been compiled and submitted to DG to sign, which he is yet to.

All we need is patience.
