limsycutey: Seriously, I wonder what they teach in some schools these days. My neighbor's daughter is eight and she can barely read, her spoken English too is 30/100. I told her to read the title of a film for me "Doctor Bello" and she couldn't, according to her she just finished basic four, it's so sad.
My daughter is still a baby, my prayer is that when the time comes, I should be able to send her to a very good school, I also want her speaking 'I wanna, wanna' lol.

Cutey i wonder 2 o, i see d way parents are embarrassed when their children'ta ibon' for public,d parent wud even try 2 shut d child from speaking.I want my kids 2 speak and read fluently in public.

Abeg tell her 2 go 4 CS now because if she go thru ol this stress n d DR say she must do CS,after d operation she wud feel very weak n tired.I av done it twice now n mother's that av also done it preferred elective CS(that's d one u do before u fall into labour).The lord is her strength n i pray she deliver safely....

Jade William: My darl,pls don't giv any teethin nonsense.I started givin my baby teethin powder at 2mths cos sh was droolin saliva&they said it was teeth whch had no effect on d droolin.Then at 3mths,my anty said I shld b givin Piccan dat it'l suppress any teethin wahala so I started givin til sh got to 5/6mths.Each piccan I buy is 1800 o.My dear,afta sh has taken abt 4bottles or so,my husbnd said bcam apprehensive&said I shld go&confirm wit d paed if al these chemicals were ok 4a child of dat age.Alas,my paed screamed at me sayin how can I place a smal child on a drug for dat long compromisin d kidneys&liver.Since then,weneva anybody or relation advices me on any shit;I don't listen.I confirm wit d paedo ist.My paed said wit teethin,u treat symptomatically.If teethin brings fever,u giv fever drugs&so on.It causes stoolin,u replace fluid.There's no such thng as prevention

My dear u don't know ow i fear drugs 4 kids right now,I gave piccan 2 my first child that was 6yrs ago n it worked very well so i decided 2 buy another bottle n i searched around n didn't find it,I went 2 d hospital 2 ask 4 it n d DR said d drug is 2 strong 4 kids.Right now common multivitamin or vitamin c i don't give 2 my kids before they tell me tomorrow that its not good even if my first child complains of headache I tell her 2 go and sleep n when she wakes up she feels better

Jade William: My sister is askin whch area of town do u want.Sh mentioned expensiv schools but I told her u hav 300k for ur 2kids so sh said d fees depends on d class.Sh said ABC Int'l at Utako is vry good&d price is reasonable.Sh said u shld drive around Abj&observe d sch environment;d teachers&d students.Then u negociate prices&mode of payment.My cousin's kid is in Redeemer teap int'l at Garki&i knw 4sure dat wen 2him on d phone,he flows well.He's just 6.Tak a step ist.U'r soundin so nervous.D most important thng is dat u hav 2b involved in ur child's learnin too.D teachers can do littl but u'l do d greater work by teachin him his homework,gettin a private tutor 4wkend lessons&so on.It doesn't stop at enrollin dem in a good sch alone.

Jade William: My dear,d areas u'r lookin at 2enroll ur kids in sch na ur money kill am.My sister's kids;one attends Premier Int'l at Wuse 2(if I got d location right).Sh said sh pays 350k per term(for old students o)&i think sh was talkin abt them increasin their fees.D 2nd kid attends Pacesetters at Gwarinpa.That one pays 210k for prenursery o&dat one too is doin vry vry well.Inshort eh! If u hear d Premier girl speak English at just 4yrs;no mistake in her tenses&so on.Sh operates computer&Ipad&can send text mssgs.Vry serious minded girl.Does her homework herself;wil narrate a full movie 4u.Knws d 36 states in Nigeria.Inshort eh!
Good sch is good o.But I dey look pocket o.I won't go&enrol my kid in2 a sch wher ppl livin in their own duplexes&top govt officials enroll theirs.
My cousin's son is in Redeemer teap Int'l.Sh said its at Garki 2 by GT plaza close&d boy is sound too.Sh said they pay 130k or so (for old students).Then d other of her kid is at Stella Maris.

My sister no be lies o I grew up in Ibadan,things including school are affordable over there but sincerely this one is more affordable than Ibadan international sch,their development levy is 200 while this one is 100 n they were like i can be paying 20 each term but sis e no still easy.....

I feel using teething powder when ur baby is ok is abuse of drugs.Yes ur baby might be teething cos he's drooling but teething powder is 2 bring d pain that caused d temperature down...

Tnx so much,pls for ur baby pls give him paracetamol every 6hours then also add teething powder i think every 2 hours pls read it 2 confirm, don't give any more drugs this one should do pls then if ur baby use teether put it in d freezer let it get cold,then u give it 2 him,it wud also help reduce d pain on d gum.

For the temperature my husband went for a training recently n they talked about pneumonia on kids n they advised that when a child is running temperature we should not tepid sponge d chest instead d head is d main place we should tepid sponge cos of d brain,so pls just keep on tepid sponging his head.The lord is ur strength n I wish him quick recovery

Swtheart God bless u I was there last week,I love d sch so much d kids I saw there r aje butters n they speak English so fluently but omo d money no be small thing o,520 for my 2 kids even if they say we can stretch d remaining payment if not we wud be looking at 700+ a term for my 2 kids

OK now let me judge uhmmm she is so beautiful,young n energetic 4 her age n i wish 2 luk lyk her at that age BUT she didn't give me goose pimples,that song is alabaster box by cece winans n she was relaxing so many times to get air i know, n it was making d song less enjoyable but i am willing 2 give her a second chance 2 see what she could do with another choice of song.thank u(E MA BU MI O)
