and he is still sleeping, and woke up only at 6am and 9am to feed) so that comforts me.[/quote]A big congrats 2 u for ur new born,I'm so so happy 4 u considering d fact that u struggled with infertility n now God as blessed u with a baby boy.I also used gripe water 4 my first child and it didnt work 4 her until d pain went on its own,my 2nd child didnt use any drug cos she wasn't given any from d hospital they said non of d colic drugs work n d colic stopped on its own.Other mothers lie their baby with d stomach facing down n said it reduces d pain but I couldn't cos food comes out of my babies nose n it wasn't advisable. I know u feel bad seeing him in that pain but it wud stop on its own,just try n sing n play with him n play cool music that wud calm him down (it helped my kids right now they r music lovers).Its well!!!

I use Neutrogena oil free facial wash,St Ives apricot scrub and fair and white so white skin perfector n they av been gud ever since I stopped d toner,I'm gonna start using d toner again but if it repeats it then I will stop it completely.Uzoo pls wot else should I add 2 my daily face n body care routine? Pls is goat milk gud n if yes which one do u recommend 4 me

uzoo: You dont have to leave it on , wet the face with some water ,get a pea size mount of the scrub from the tube on to your fingers or palms, and rub vigorously on face and neck in a circular motion .Use the palm of your hands on cheeks ,fore head and chin ,then use finger tips around corners of your face to rub (under eyes where you have dark circles,in between your nostrills just beside your nose bridge and other corners)
Rinse off with water , and feel the skin with your fingers , the areas that haven't been scrubbed will feel rough and oily so here you can repeat again and rinse off the second time.

Davis eye pencil (brown) - 70naira
Zaron eyebrow definer. - 1,800naira
Mary Kay foundation (in your skin shade)- 2,000

the Zaron thingy comes with a mini angled brush and spoolie so you don't really need to buy those separately, you might want to when you've mastered the art. All the best!
