Ice Prince‘s Ghanaian girlfriend, Maima, is a no-nonsense person. Maima came under fire on social media after she posted a picture of herself promoting Ice Prince’s EP and showing a lot of cleavage. Fans attacked her for not wearing a bra, and she responded harshly to one. More photos here; http://www.360nobs.com/2015/02/ice-princes-girlfriend-responds-to-comments-about-her-boobs-photo/

I know some people may be thinking that this Dubai series is endless; truth is, there’s no way I can compress all that happened in Dubai into a single post and we had so much fun it would be unfair to serve you all that happened in a single post. If you’ve been sleeping on the bicycle and only just started following my Dubai chronicles, then it would be wise to read episode one here & episode two here that way you can fully appreciate the stories. The Night out at White Dubai didn’t end with Sara Bolay whispering to me; the night went on for a little longer and for the one hour that the DJ played “Hip Hop” we made sure everybody knew there were hip hop heads in the house, after all you don’t need to know the entire song to shout out the part that you know. The night was clutch, the DJ was on fleek and the boys had so much fun even though the club shut down at a very tame 3am. Let’s talk a bit about clubs shutting down at 3am. In Lagos, 3am in the time people used to leave SIP for Likwid back in the day. I’ve tried to imagine Nigerian clubs shutting down at 3am and I know that would only work if men are the only ones allowed to club. Most Friday nights, ladies nap then wake up at 11:30pm to have their bath, search for the perfect outfit from 12midnight -1am, then spend another hour on makeup and may still get to the club at 2:30, go to the bathroom to see if their makeup is still in place and then walk into the club by 2:40 and by the time they get to a table or join their men, the DJ will be playing the last song. Lagos/Nigerian clubbing should be left the way it is, “Club until you meet the people going to morning mass on your way back home from the club” On getting back to the hotel, I did four things (1) Got in the elevator and (2) pressed the button for the 30th floor. (3) Got into the room and (4) crashed in my clothes. continue here to see all the photos http://www.360nobs.com/2015/02/the-fun-continues-with-noble-igwes-dubai-chronicles-03/#Aqp4yrmdURde6yR2.99

With barely a week left to the 2015 elections, all parties are going all out to secure votes. One of such was Lagos state governorship hopeful Jimi Agbaje, who stormed Ajeromi Ifelodun local government with a tanker of kerosene. Agbaje even went further to disburse the kerosene to fans personally. See more photos here; http://www.360nobs.com/2015/02/2015-elections-jimi-agbaje-shares-kerosene-to-supporters-photos/

President Goodluck Jonathan campaign team on Monday reacted angrily to the criticism by the former Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN governor, Chukwuma Soludo, that his administration failed woefully in its handling of the country’s economy. In his widely publicized assessment of President Jonathan’s handling of the country’s economy in the past five years, Mr. Soludo, gave the administration an ‘F’ grade in the management of the economy, describing it as the worst in Nigeria’s political history. But in its reaction, Mr. Jonathan’s campaign team, the Goodluck Jonathan Presidential Campaign Organisation, PCO, dismissed the former CBN governor as a confused Nigerian, who has lost touch with the reality of his country. A statement by the spokesperson for the campaign, Femi Fani-Kayode, said contrary to Mr. Soludo’s wish that Mr. Jonathan withdraws, he would not only run next month, but would win his re-election. “To say that the President should not run in this election and that he should throw in the towel is absurd and self-depreciating,” he said. “It is a manifestation of the morbid fear of failure and defeat that the leaders of the opposition are all suffering from. “Whether Soludo and his friends like it or not, not only will President Goodluck Jonathan run in this election, but he will also win and he will do so convincingly,” he said. “Mr. Soludo is confused and conflicted. He seems to have lost touch with reality and this is what often happens when you spend too much time with the Buharists. continue here; http://www.360nobs.com/2015/01/mr-soludo-is-confused-and-conflicted-femi-fani-kayode/ |

According to BlackArtinAmerica, it was a dream wedding. Complete with a fabulous candlelit ceremony and heartfelt vows to forgive, honor and love herself. Yasmin Eleby promised herself that if she hadn’t found a mate by the time she was 40, she would marry herself, and she kept her promise. For the ceremony, Yasim chose to have one of her sisters who is a minster, help her say vows, in a spiritual ceremony – because you can’t legally marry yourself in America. She says the best part of her special day was having her family there to “stand up” for her. Her other three sisters were bridesmaids and her mom gave her away; or back to herself in this case. photos from her honeymoon; http://www.360nobs.com/2015/01/meet-yasmin-eleby-the-40-year-old-woman-that-married-herself-photos/

The daughter of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, Zahra took to twitter to speak about her Dad’s certificate issue. She said her Dad has occupied an office that couldn’t possibly be run by an illiterate, and that security should come first and not his certificate. Soludo’s article on Nigeria, Buhari, Jonathan etc is mind blowing. I need to preface this article with a few clarifications. I have taken a long sabbatical leave from partisan politics, and it is real fun watching the drama from the balcony. Having had my own share of public service (I do not need a job from government), I now devote my time and energy in pursuit of other passions, especially abroad. A few days ago, I read an article in Thisday entitled “Where is Charles Soludo?”, and my answer is that I am still there, only that I have been too busy with extensive international travels to participate in or comment on our national politics and economy. continue here; http://www.360nobs.com/2015/01/buhari-vs-jonathan-beyond-the-election-charles-soludo/

Muna Obiekwe is dead, but not without a story. There are a couple of things many didn’t know about his person that has surfaced as lessons for the living today. Before his death on Sunday, January 18, he had been described as a cat with nine lives considering the near death situations he escaped in his lifetime. Unknown to many, Muna had survived moments of gunshot and the death of his parents at periods of vulnerabilities. Munachimso Obiekwe battled the kidney disease for years, yet he kept this and other aspects of his life away from the public. Sources close to him stated that he had some sort of phobia for the press who are reputed for gaggling stars when their personal lives calls for attention. On his health, iEntertainment revealed, according to a source, ‘Muna never believed the ailment could lead to his death. He believed he would survive it like he did the gunshot and death of his parents. He was not a man given to worrying about things. He believed it was not a coincidence his parents named him Munachimso, a name which means God is walking with me.’ continue here; http://www.360nobs.com/2015/01/munachi-obiekwe-things-you-didnt-know-about-him-before-his-death/
