I have been thinking about the careers in Nigeria..and I have come to realize that its only medicine or engineering that's the big deal in Nigeria...I've also been wondering were computer science or programming stand in Nigeria...
Is it on a high level like engineering or medicine or average or low class level...and I have also done some research and found out that programmers in Nigeria work fulltime in a company and also freelance to make money..but the question is HOW much DO PrOgramMers Earn In Nigeria(working as fulltime in a company)?

Through the following ways:

1. If your app is a paid app, then people pay to download so you get paid per download. But people are cheap and this is Playstore, there's just too many options, this revenue option is like the worst to me

2. In App purchase..... Users download the app and can use it for free but pay to maybe use a certain feature.... This is like the best method to me

3. Google Ads or any form of Advert.... Let an Adsence specialist explain this cause I don't do it

Note: These are not the only ways, but these are like the main methods.

The mistake most people make that I personally find irritating is "Google pay you for every download you get" grin

Hmmm....
I suggest you go for application programming, create apps for andriod,blackberry and apple phones or desktop apps.
If your app is good it will sell,but dont make developing apps your business because sometimes your app might grow for a while and get may 10K+ download or 100k+ and that its.
*Develope some softwares and sell it to companies.
*Become a freelancer online, there are many freelance jobs you get online its a good start for you.

A byte of python is an online python tutorial service.
If you use it,you will be able to get the hang of programming in a day..The only thing is that it does'nt cover everything on python.
Thats why its called 'A BYTE OF PYTHON'
