Car Talk / Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by Synkells: 6:31pm On Dec 14, 2020
Hello Gurus in the house.

Please i have an 08 Pilot with P0161 code after scanning and suggest the O2 sensor is bad. My question now is how to know which of the sensors and does the Pilot have more than 1 O2 sensor?

Any idea of the cost to buy the sensor, i am based in Lagos, i don't mind whether tokunbo or a new one.

Thank you.

GAZZUZZ:

Vehicle is in limp mode. Scan it

Great Gazzuzz and thank you for your quick response. Can I use this as a medium to book an AP to be at yours this Friday, 11/12/20 so we get it scanned and possibly get a fix as soon as possible?

In the meantime, do you know what possible error codes are associated with Honda Pilot's going into limp modes and there anticipated fixes?

Thanks once again Gazzuzz.

Greetings Gazzuzz,

I have a 2008 Honda Pilot that jerks when I Rev and it won't Rev past 3000rpm. Sometimes it is okay and other times though more frequent it jerks both when moving and if not in motion.

The car moves well and revs good while driving in the city but anytime I want to accelerate or put the gas on the pedals the jerking occurs and I will have to get my foot off to accelerate more slowly where it responds and speeds well.

I am concerned as I want to embark on a long road trip down to the East and it posses some threat to proper functioning for that kind of trip. My check and VSA warning lights are also on.

Please I will like to get your thoughts on this and possibility of a workable fix.

Thank you.

Hey guys,

I am about submitting my PR application and I am at the payment stage, but each time i input my naira visa debit card details, it declines with this message - DECLINED - TRANSACTION NOT APPROVED

I have tried like 5 times and same message. Each time i check my account balance and amount not deducted and it always prompts me to go back and try again.

Please anyone in the house kindly assist as it is super urgent, i have only 2 days left.

I had a similar issue and it was sorted out in 15 days after which they sent me an email to pick up my passport. Not to worry just keep looking at the website and it would change from ADMIN PROCESS to ISSUED. just calm down

Thank you so much for the heads up...gonna brace myself then for a wait.

Hello House, I am new in here. I went for my B1 interview in Lagos, it was successful. The VO handed me the white paper and said I should pick up my passport in 3 working days. I allowed for up to 6 working days. Went to DHL and the staff said my passport isn't ready. Asked why and she said status on the US site states my case is on administrative processing. I was shocked and confused as my travel date was in 3 days time. I sent emails and called with no reply. I have been checking to track my passport ever since then and it's still on admin processing. My travel date as indicated on the DS 160 has passed, those who invited me for a business conference said I can attend another in July 2019. My questions please are:

1. How is it that after VO asked I pick my passport in 3 days but its still in admin processing, tomorrow will make it 2 weeks?
2. Now that my travel date has passed, what is the implication on my Visa....will they have to reassess my case?
3. Will the change in travel to July pose problems at the port of entry?
4. How long more should i wait? What can I do to fast track or even contact the embassy for my case, I have sent emails but with no response.
5. Has anybody had a similar case before.

Thank you guys.

Gurus in the house please assist me with this
