Hello everyone, sorry to disturb you I know this is too long but just need to clarify something........... So I had a BTC transaction with WILLIAN10 and agreed on the rate and everything. Sent him the bitcoin and he paid. After a few hours, I realised that the rate I sold to him (dollar rate blockchain) isn't right as blockchain rate is probably messed up (Sent SS of blockchain current rates, Bitstamp, coinbase etc to him) so he can verify it. To cut the long story short, WILLIAN10 agreed that the blockchain rate we used was wrong (I bought at $1520 on bitstamp but on blockchain, it 'says' $1467). Other wallets rates were just around $1500 or thereabouts at the time of transaction.

My question now is, is Willian meant to pay for the offset difference as at when sent which would be about $50 or it's fine and the deal is done and Willian is right by saying he's not paying for the REAL CURRENT RATE WHEN THE BTC WAS SENT. I've attached the long chats of the discussion but had to delete the bits I think isn't important. I just want the proper decision to be made. Whatever you guys say is final.

I did not read all though. But this type of issue is the reason why I buy per btc. If 1 btc is 5m, it is static regardless of blockchain or bitstamp rate.

I checked his username on nairaland and it looked clean enough. Sent him $130 and showed him the screenshot of the transaction. Immediately he saw the screenshot, he stopped reading my messages on whatsapp.
I didn't want to disturb him so I called him later in the evening around 7pm and he said he would send my money upon getting home. Woke up this morning and I haven't received an alert, I started calling him and he has refused to take my call since this morning.
Please, help me tell him to pay me please! Or if he has scammed me, let me move on.

well, I think the owner of the account should let the partner aware if the fund is given to him after the account closure.

During tooltip/oxasm case. I think bank released the fund to oxasm and he did not give any part to tooltip and the reason why he was banned from trading. (can't remember the case 100% again though)

So, the onus is on the account owner to say the truth about the fund in quesiton

I Orelaja Adenike Adebisi, has never asked any buyer here to pay money to me first and I have never asked any seller to send coin to me first. You should have asked the complainant to send you screenshot of our conversation. You can never find such. The second claim you made: It is only Sunmike and Sirambassador I have always called to escrow. Most people recognized Sirambassador and so I have not had any problem. But where I wrong was that I didn't understand that it is the escrow you called that will open the escrow group. I went to open and added escrow....which is Sirambassador and Sunmike. So for yesterdays trade I asked the buyer....do u know Sirambassador...he said Yes... So this prompted me to add Sirambassador. But the buyer was not comfortable and cancelled the deal. So immediately Sirambassador called me and told me that I should get it corrected that I need to inform the escrow and it is the escrow that will open the group not me. This happened early this morning. So Sirambassador made me understand that when the buyer saw that I was the one opened. He probably might felt uncomfortable even though he accepted that Sirambassador should be used. And when Fundlord also called me this morning...he told me the same. I didn't know this. And such will not happen again now that I understand how escrow is being run. Am very sorry. Thank you. You can message me for further questions.
