One pregnant woman started craving food she ate in her school days like 9 years ago. One liked to rub her hand on goat poo, wash her hands and perceive it all day long. One wanted ice cream at 3am and u must get it o. Just bear its 100% normal, u need to see what women go through to give birth. To per na problem, to poo problem, to baff na waya especially if na through CS. Your eye never see! Please do ur best and stay with her. I think you should talk to your dad. He will kno how to tell your mum if he decides she should know. He does need people praying for him. Pray and then talk to him if you are led to. I still trade Randoms, i dont know if this strategy will continue working tomorrow, but one thing i know for sure is that it is working NOW. Forget about tomorrow and let it think about itself. The robot i use is still very much profitable, The trading times i dropped here should not be forsaking if u must survive this market. I target $5 per season using the robot, thats $35 daily if i meet all season. Tick picker also works better during those seasons.. Please still learn how to spot trending markets and usage of tick picker before going LIVE...

Hey. I am very sorry to "hear" this. I am of the opinion that simple but effective strategies abound but the question is...will you abide by the rules? It is not only a question of strategy, it is also a question of effective money management, for example...if you used only 5% of your account per trade, you would need 20 straight losses to blow your account, with 2% it would be 50 straight losses.

No too much talk, but you need to realize that discipline is key, its even more important than strategy. "Even in Management, they say execution is more important than strategy". My recommendation, don't give up! Took me 9 years to get that "aha" moment and i can say it has been worth it all.

If you still need a simple and effective strategy ...you could try this:

Use Bollinger Bands with setting of 20, 2.5

Place a Call when price has reached / passed lower Bollinger band and retraced, leaving a candle with a long wick (about 3 times the length of the body) and vice versa for put. Do not try to trade next candle as a new signal, a new signal would be another long wick candle entirely in the opposite direction, this is to help you not chase losses and manage your emotions.

This is good for about 80% Win Rate. You can get scores like 6 - 1, 5 - 1 etc. I don't use this, but you need something simple and it works because it is based on Price Action. Expiry could be one candle duration, time frame could be 5 mins - 30 mins. check out which one works best for you.

Only take a low number of clear wins and then close shop, until you get more confident. Maybe 2 clear wins etc. Spend some screen time looking at the charts to watch for best setups to take. I think those candles whose bodies sit on the band itself and the wicks are entirely out of the bands are the best but spend some screen time and find out for yourself.

Check this, with one stake size of 5% (assuming your payout is 100%), a profit of 5% of your account per day gives you 100% of your investment in one month, 2% per day gives you about 40% per month, waaaay better than -100%. Since payouts are not mostly 100%, maybe 2 wins per day and you rest.

Dont mean to confuse you but even candles that just touch the bands with a 3 - 5 candle expiry in the opposite direction could still give you 70% Win Rate. This is where the discipline comes in, choose one and stick to it.

Lastly and this is just my opinion, Successful trading is only 50% strategy and 50% discipline (Money Management and Patience to wait for right set ups.

P.S: I will not advice you to go for randoms, go for something that will still be here in years to come and that you can verify with another platform when something starts going wrong but that would be your choice. Cheers

Tablet girl well said. I think both are good. Everything boils down to personality and choice. I like wappy's strategy but one thing I noticed is that,according to his rules, there are cases where the indies will tell u not to enter, yet better trade will come out of it at the end of the day.

So, after I noticed this, I chose to use the 3rd candle strategy which I am gradually fine-tuning to suit me.

Hey guys. Elemosho did no wrong by posting something that works for him. I hope this does not discourage him or anyone else looking to help others. It may not suit everyone but maybe its just right for someone else. Teach all traders the same strategy, some will b successful, some will not be. I agree Wappy's strategy is simple and profitable and its the only thing I use with my own personal tweaks to suit my trading style, but I have learnt something new from elemosho...I have used his compounding idea to develop something for myself. No knowledge is lost guys, especially in trading . please don't discourage him or anyone else because sharing helps everyone grow.

Newbies, find something that works for u and suits your trading style (if you already know what that is), stick with it, tweak to get better win rate as your confidence increases, most importantly ...."if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!"

if the result is the same, simply find out which you can do without or merge as one indy since you have some coding experience and maybe access to source files?

it could also be that its just too much for the computer(s) ...are you opening more pairs (charts) with the same number of indys?

Hey guys. MT4 hangs when you load too many indicators. Maybe that's the problem

Try reducing the number of indicators, close and reopen to see if it still lags, Sometimes its just one indicator causing it ... even doing any work such as reducing the number of indicators might be difficult as a result of the hanging. sorry guys. Once i had to uninstall and reinstall a fresh MT4. hope you have your indys saved. Terrible stuff.
