A Nigerian woman living abroad, popularly known as ABG, has taken to social media to slam controversial singer Speed Darlington for allegedly getting involved with a 15-year-old girl. In a video that is now trending, she didn’t just call him out — she promised to invest $10,000 to make sure he is arrested and held accountable.

“I’m so embarrassed by what Speed Darlington did. He’s from my village. He needs to go to jail for engaging with an underage girl,” she said.

ABG also pointed out the hypocrisy in Speed Darlington’s behavior. She reminded everyone how he used to boldly call out big names like Burna Boy and Diddy on social media, acting like he stood for something. But now, he’s caught up in a disturbing scandal that has shocked Nigerians around the world.

The drama started when Speed Darlington told a story on Instagram Live, claiming he had an encounter with a girl who told him she was 22 — but later revealed she was just 15. He even admitted to paying hotel workers ₦2,000 to clean blood-stained bedsheets.

After major backlash, Speed Darlington later claimed he made the whole story up to promote his song “Village Girl.” But the damage was already done.

The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) has since referred the case to NAPTIP (National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons) for proper investigation.

ABG’s bold $10,000 pledge has now gone viral and is increasing pressure on authorities to take action. Many Nigerians believe this is not something that can be swept under the rug — joke or not.
