hi ya'all jus gt bak frm a trip. went 2 no gym, but did a lot of walkin and sigt seeing. kai i so tired i acnt even do taebo self. ill jus wait till monday n beginagain. i jus hope ve nt added weigt oh cos if i chek d scale n ve added eh! it wnt be funny. lol hw r u guys doin. can see gals r still keepin it up. @ sima babe dnt worry. losin weight is a slow but sure process. i also av bout 6kg to lose be4 september but im like wats d rush. jus eat healthy n excersice really well. take ur mind of ur weight n do wat u av 2 do. den wen u chek d scale again ull see changes. u could try taebo exercises 2. dey help @guys pls wat exercises can i use 2 warm up. cos i feel kinda stiff but dnt av strength for billibank's jumping. |

@ronke welldone. ve misd cardio oh. ve kinda relaxed. was in so much hurry 2 lose weigt buh now dat im doin it rite d scale doesnt scare me so much brkfast: boiled potatoes with egg n fish sauce. snack: 1 apple lunc:same dinner: bread and peppersoup with lowfat milk. (drank d milk) exercise: 3km on d threadmill. burnd more dan 215cals cant remember exact numb strength training...all dose weights. |

welcome migtlove.. brkfast: noodles cookd wit egg,pepper n tomatoes lunch:pancake and chiken dinner: chiken pepper soup n bread wit pieces of potato n i drank some milk(low fat) exercise: 15 mins or more on treadmill, 5 mins on stationaary bike. weight lifting:3kg two of dem. chest,back,bum ,thigh,triceps,tricep dip, situp,biceps exercises wat did i nt do 2dae. yeah n wen i used dose macines i carried 20kg. i even did dat holahoop stuff were u kip d hoop frm falling usin ur waist. funny tin is i dnt even feel much pain @hourglass come n tell me if im doin dis rite oh. i want 2 build my muscles so i can rest dis diet n weight loss tin is nt easy sef. i stil av bout 7kg 2 lose b4 september. i jus tire gals join us in weigtlifting oh i read it helps u burn more calories even wen ur resting n gives u beta physique |

logs 25 mins or so on d threadmill 5mins on d stationary bike playd with weights 2kg (2 or dem dats 4kg) situps did dat pulling tin where u pull dose weights wit ur arms 15kg bum exercises n.b i dnt know d names of dose equipments den d highlight of it all. i found crossbars nd i pulled myself up. i couldnt do dat b4.... was happy. ...guys with all dese weight i dnt want my biceps 2 expand oh. buh i nid to work on triceps. wat do i do. idnt want huge muscles oh |

@ ileke-idi welome.....! post ur logs n cek d logs of odas. it will help u a lot. in losing weight i avoided processd food and sugar(sugar was totally) drastically reduced my oils, grilld my meat or boild instead of frying, ate fish boiled n took white bread off d list n started eatin wheat bread. at first it was just spinach and wheat stuff n i got bored but wen i got 2 dis thread i got encouragd. u could eat potatoes(boiled or make porridge, beans,spinach,oatmeal or wheat meal, moinmoin, etc. jus try 2 be inventive but avoid dose tins i mentioned. ull get used 2 it. its fun and healthy eatin trust me. yeah lest i forget. fruiiiitsss nd wattterrrrrr. guys dere is dis recipie im sharing. make pancakes using little or no sugar nd little eggs 2 den warp it up in mincd meat or chiken(well spiced). n munch. its filling, proteinous nd nice |

well from what i read on google brownand white rice have bout the same caloric value. but brown rice is more nutritous. it could actually beofada rice logsfor yesterday 23 mins of taebo exercise 2 wraps of moin moin with lipton moin moin again wit fruit 1 orange moin moin again and 4 spnof fried rice 2 meat pies evening exercise: walked for bout an hour woa lol kept eating moin moin cosi was hungry nd i knew it was safer dan noodles or rice. |

dis may not be a healt benfit bu..i scl in mayflower school ikenne ogun state for a while and as boarders, our thursday afternoon meal was GARRI+SUGAR+FRIED FISH. "garrisugareja" n dis was a secondary schl owned by tai solarin which had looots of plantations..name it.. pepper plantation, banana, palm kernel, plantain, fruits, piggery, poultry,bakery... toomuch. food was in gooooood supply n we ate balanced meals. so if dey cud include a meal like dat in d food timetable den garri cannot jus be so bad for d healt. chek out how day students used to rush on thursday pretend as boarders all for garri. so soak on...jus kip it balanced after all even over drinkin water could lead to overhydration n death so evrytin has its gud n bad sides. jus balance it. ...i miss garri oh...!!!! ![]() |

...sigh.... hi evry1. bin a wil. ad exams plus oda stuffs. kk emm log... 6 laps dis morning,nd exercise for lower abs food: bin avin problems eating dese days, jus lost my appetite n dnt no wat to eat or dnt feel like eatin dem. breakfast: at bout 1pm or so. spaghetti just some went out n walked a long distance bout 5 busstops or so was long sha lunch: 1 pancake with little pieces of chicken n sauce supper: cornflakes.. jus to help my appetit, i appple dinner:rice n chiken. yesterday cant remember how many laps i tink 3 or four ten walked bout 3km or so b4 brkfast: 1 cup of lipton witout milk or sugar n half tangerine brkfast: at bout 2pm or so..little rice lunch/ dinner: spaghetti had evenin walk of bout 5 busstops. maybe 40mins or 35 mins. drank water, ate 3 spns of spag n slept |
kk i dnt tink u can beat tis though it wasnt really intentional.. i jus made moimoi using pounded yam flour or so.... after putting a lot of condiments, energy, resources, investments...name it.. my crayfis eggs etc funny part is i wanted to try adding green leaves only to add dem n discover it was bitter leaf... seriously! |

log..... exercise: it was raining so i did 50 situps, ran on d spot 350 times nd skiped about 200 or so breakfast:wheat meal(like oats) wit little milk nd sugar lunch:2 noodles dinner: one food made by mixin flour salt nd water n wrappin it round little chuks of chiken. 1 apple nd 1 tangering extra 25 sit ups nb: i get really hungry during d day in between meals...do u know why? wt do i do? |
wow thank a lot. i was already feeling discouraged and wanted to give up. kk my log. exercise:4 lap.(goin back 2 7 frm 2mao.amen) breakfast: sandwich(i put cabbage,carrot,eggwhite nd skinned grilled chiken in my bread) plus lipton lunch:same as breakfast (really enoyd it) snack: 1 apple. later as so hungry i ate bout 3 spoons of jollof rice nd chiken skin(im nt supposd 2 be eating dose) dinner:little beans plus spinach and fish. .....waterrrrrr.............. i love it, im practically a walking water tanker! tanks for d great advice.wen i saw dat my laps equalld 2.5km per day i cudnt bliv it. i actually started dancin plus im in such highspirits. i feel beautiful @ hourglass tanks alot.stil open to more suggestns 2. wat else can i try eating |
hi! pls oh im goin to derail ds thread a bit. i came on nl cause i was tired of lookin for dieting plans on internet, dey r jus sayn tins like barley soup, hawaiian toast, brown rice, black beans etc. n i dnt no whr to find dose e.t.c. im 164cm dnt knw it in feet and used to weigh 70kg buh i started exercising i.e runnng laps bout 7 laps round a field buh was still eatin normal so i dnt ntice much change den i started dietin plans.i eat fruits, beans,spinach salad wit no cream and wheat bread buh im tired of dose foods. i cant contiue like dat. i lost 5kg in lke a week or so or less dan sef nw frm wat im readin i wonder if i actually lost muscle mass or fat cos i feel tired during d day n i dnt feel alright. wnt waste ur time bottom line is pls jus give me advice on how to lose weight and wat to eat plus how to identify. pls helpme. 10x ![]() |
