@airpure welcome...well indomie is a worse option for rice cos it contains lots of starch ad bad fats...buh u could reduce ur rice quantity, fill up ur plate with salad and maybe beans or moimoi, ull get filled quicker. so u'lleat the rice in a healthier way,d less often too. cutting out foods completely may mak u crave for them and overeat....welcome

p.s get used to d catfight between hourglass nd agaba nd now modath. it probably helps them bur more calories...all the activity wink grin

hey people! hw una dey? hope u dint miss m too much, ve bin ere but nt bin postin. yesterday i checked my weight and saw it was 2kg less, was happyonly for my friend to tell me d scale was minus 2kg i.e i had to add 2kg to get d correct weigth angry angry lolz nyway at least ve managed to keep d weigth off... smiley

@ikekings..wish i had d time to run, i leave early, return late n am usually tired. nyway i av jus like 2-3 kg left so im jus takin my time it willl go wen its ready..lol.

@002 u need to increase ur food intake or ull get weak n hungry den overeat, so reduce ur food servings instead n avoid fatty foods, processed food, n sugary foods as muc as possible. eat low calorie foods instead like moimoi, potatoes low fat milk etc den eat fruits as snacks. drink lots of water n walk or climb more stairs. also cardio exerises like taebo will really help.den get determined nt t oveereat, forget about ur weigt jus concentate on doin d above den nxt time u chek d scale ull be suprised u av lost weight.

p.s 15 kg in 2 monts is really hardwork ooo, lost my 10kg in more dan 3 mnths..though u may be luckier in bout oh jus start frm somwhr n see hw it goes. best of luck!
