lol ronke,ur funny. i baked cake n my friends were jus consumin d whole tin. d trick is 2 make ur craving a meal on its own.like 2dae ate swallow n ogbono in d afternoon...1st meal macoroni in d evenin cake for dinner buh nt 2 muc. so i feel less guilty. its a 3 square meal..... ![]() bu its time to start exercising o b4 ur body vexes nd adds weight @agaba, dats d prize for exercising well nd losing so muc fat. almost all my old clothes av gotten big for me....nice |

@ronke tanks. we all need a bit of rest. we ve bin at this for months..nyway pple said ve lost weight n i ve gone down by about 2 dress sizes or so. nt really exercising buh im counting calories. cant add up d weight i spent months trying to lose... im loving yoga nw. it takes muc less energy dan taebo buh i guess it works for losing weight 2. plus it helps me stretc n increase flexibilty. tanks for introducing me oh. |

my muscles are so sore.....though im seiing d effect of the strength training buh serzly..... only exercise was a full body stretch. badly needed it. im tired. who said strength trainin was easy?? my weigt kips fluctuatin dnt know is its because of d muscles or wat ![]() pls wat d best stretcin exercise...im so sore |
looooolz! see wat dietin can cause! on me i had to eat it little by little. was eating d icecream small small, d cake evrtin. i gav d rest out self. kk bkfst:rice n egg plus watermelon lunch: same dinner; dunno maybe watermelon n chinchin. av 2 make all dese sweet tins part of my meal exercise; taebo exercise to lose weight level 12 it wasnt even stressful maybe cos of my strength trainings. ill probably move to insanity workout.... hw is evry1. im avin dis cravin for food buh tank God i dnt av muc food in my fridge. |

log for yesterday brkfast: boiled potato nd egg lunch: same dinner: one really sweet bread stuff...dint know it had so much sugar i had already bought it so i knew i already had enuf calories for 1 day so i ate a little watermelon drank water nd forgot bout food 4 d rest of d day exercise for 2day burnt bout 120 or more calories on threadmill, walked to and from d gym bout 50 mins in all, shrugs with 6kg, tricep xtensions with 3kg, shoulder raises wit 3kg, sit ups, hip adductn, n 2 oda exercises. did bout 3 sets of 15 reps for most of d exercises, den 3mins plus on stationary bike. iwas tired jo. i av bout 2 hrs or so left in d gym den im dustin my running shoes...by God's grace nd hitting d tracks. time 2 get radical |

brkfast: little macaroni plus watermelon lunc:sandwich n lowfat milk dinner:moi moi exercise: work all round on my muscles doing shrugs, triceps extensions etc. 3 sets or 12 repetition for each exercise. wit some exceptions. 6minson d stationary bike den went to d treadmill burnt like 135 calories in all i.e d bike ntreadmill funny tin is my weigt still kips readin d same even though i feel ishld hav lost some...na wa o |
