IT'S REAL AND THAT IS THE HONEST TRUTH!!!!
He's there for 2 reasons though

1. He controls the traffic for those ladipo traders to cross the bridge easily....in turn they give him money. Doctors and lawyers will choose to obey him because if you disobey him the Ladipo trader will take side with him hitting your car and maybe damage it (in that case whom would you hold responsible?)

2. He's there to catch fun and cause that huge traffic daily

The revolution has started i pray some government official stop him soonest
