The same management concept of the 4 persons. 1. SOMEBODY 2. ANYBODY 3. NOBODY 4. THE MADMAN It is SOMEBODY's Job .ANYBODY can do it but NOBODY wants to do it- in the end it is the MADMAN who is doing it! The MADMEN are taking over , and they are "on top of the situation." 1 Like |

Alumnus: It may sound funny to some but it should be considered absurd for every reasonable mind especially because of the location. Whoever passes through the bridge that links Oshodi Apapa Express road to the international airport road around 4pm will notice a constant hold-up on the bridge which sometimes blocks the entire expressway (opposite Ladipo spareparts market) that is usually because a madman is doing the job of LASTMA. This has been on for more than one year now and I keep wondering if the Lagos State govt is oblivious of that.[img][/img]sometimes this mad men u see acting like this migth b a security operatives so b careful...may God save us in this country... |

Nigeria is a nation of madmen, mostly. That madman is probably in better mental health than 90% of our Government functionaries/ officials. So no surprise here, really |

to be frank, thats my route almost evryday. The man is not mad, though some people thought he is. Many atimes, he behaive as a deaf and dumb, sometimes as a mad man. Its just a jobless man that creates job for himself cos people give him money as he does the job. |

PHIPEX: I've witnessed it but I don't blame the madman but the Motorists that obey him without complaining. Nigerians can be so funny, everybody will just sitback in their car right inside the holdup and wait for God to take the madman away and make the road free for a good ride

IT'S REAL AND THAT IS THE HONEST TRUTH!!!! He's there for 2 reasons though 1. He controls the traffic for those ladipo traders to cross the bridge easily....in turn they give him money. Doctors and lawyers will choose to obey him because if you disobey him the Ladipo trader will take side with him hitting your car and maybe damage it (in that case whom would you hold responsible?) 2. He's there to catch fun and cause that huge traffic daily The revolution has started i pray some government official stop him soonest |

suleelulee: It will surprise you that the so called sane and educated men can not be orderly without the help of this mad-man, so this is Nigeria for you where mad man control the sensible ones, where illetrates rule the educated ones.... Nija my countryThat's it! BTW, i think the mad man should be employed. For him to be able to control traffic well and motorist obey, he is sane. |
