If I get u right u are trying to get 68e with a ground mount prime focus dish? It is quite a herculean task cos ur dish needs 'go down' very well n issue of obstruction by building or trees is almost inevitable in such situation. I maybe wrong though. But I strongly believe pole mount is surely better in that situation.
