Yes. He already featured in the last minutes of the season premiere. According to the storyline so far, his death was faked to have him locked up as someone else.

Legends of Tomorrow has done a tremendous job salvaging itself after a lacklustre first season. First off, I wonder how they'll settle things in present day now that dinosaurs has taken over, and how their actions will affect the other shows in the Arrowverse.
