Yes you are absolutely right. Father Mbaka did said so because he taught Buhari was a changed man and would be better alternative to Jonathan as at that time.
To tell you the truth, even i (myself) wanted Jonathan out because his govt was corrupt, and not necessarily because I support Buhari. I never liked Buhari and can never like him because I very well know his history. He is a Fulani Northerner who has always seen his lineage as superior and he will do to safeguard that lineage even when he was in the Army.
God choose Jonathan from nowhere to become President, but even though Jonathan is a good man, he failed God by allowing the rot and corruption that transpired under his watch. And God wanted to get rid of Jonathan and his corrupt Govt... And unfortunately it Buhari that the one to defeat him. Buhari was just a means to an end.
He was never the Messiah Nigeria was expecting.
Buhari will lose 2019. His purpose has come to an end.
By August to November many things will unfold to show APC will lose 2019.
Believe me, God isnt asleep. God loves Nigeria and HE has a way of taking care of things in His time for the benefit of Nigerians.

The fact is that many people felt that Father Mbaka was supporting Buhari by saying a lot of things against Jonathan govt ( who in my opinions allowed people in his govt to loot).
But that wasn't the truth. Father Mbaka merely said the truth as it was then. The Jonathan govt was corrupt.
Now Fast Forward to Buharis govt. Father Mbaka has been saying the truth about this govt. The Buhari govt is inefficient, corrupt and insensitive to the plight of Nigerians.
Nigerians should not condemn Father Mbaka for saying the truth, and castigate him for saying same truth about Jonathan's govt. Truth must be told a
Always no matter who is in govt.
