This is a poor analogy. We are operating a democracy here FYI. The animals are not practicing democracy.
You’re pitting analogy against reality and truth, hierarchy and class exist for a reason and as long it is not a capital offence, hierarchy and class will always save the day

COMPAQ:
Very biased list. No way Taribo and Uche Okechukwu and Mikel will be on this list when Yaya Toure is there.or Rigobert Song

Even Enyeama as good as he was is not the African Best of the last 30 years. There was this Egyptian goalkeeper
I don't even think Celestine Babayaro deserves to be there
El hadary played the majority of his career in Africa, enyeama had a better career, man did lit up the World Cup

It will be helpful but your phone can still be stolen when you have already unlocked the SIM and the screen lock hasn't activated yet. The thief will have to keep the screen active and still use USSD with your phone. The USSD pin will be the only last line of defense.

RomanceRe: The Omo Iya Alagbo's Tale by Talkisneeded(op): 1:30pm On Aug 04, 2025
She laughs, a sound that warms me. “I’ll bring my own food, just in case.” She hesitates, then steps closer, her hand brushing my arm. “Be careful, okay? Olamide… she’s not the type to let go easy.”
I nod, her warning echoing my fears. “I know. I’ll handle it.”
As Taiwo’s silhouette fades into the crowd, I feel hope tangled with dread. I want her, but Olamide’s shadow looms, and Adedayo’s absence is a wound still bleeding.

That night, my phone lights up with another message from Olamide: “You think you can run to Taiwo and forget me? You know I’m not that easy to shake. Meet me at Lounge 55 tomorrow, 9 PM. We need to talk.” A photo follows—her in a red dress, curves daring me to say no.
My pulse races. Part of me—the old me, the one who called himself “indabooski bahooze”—feels her pull. But the part that laughed with Taiwo, that saw Adedayo’s hurt, wants out. I type: “It’s over. Respect that. I’m not coming.” I block her number, my hands shaking.
Sleep doesn’t come easy. My dreams are a mess of Olamide’s voice, Taiwo’s eyes, and Adedayo’s fists. When I wake, my choices weigh heavier than ever.

The next evening, I’m at my herb shop, restocking shelves with moringa and ginseng jars. The small space hums with customers haggling and the generator’s drone outside. I’m explaining maca root’s benefits when the door swings open, and Olamide storms in.
She’s a vision in a black jumpsuit, braids cascading, lips bold red. The shop goes quiet, all eyes on her. “We need to talk. Now,” she says, her voice carrying.
I freeze, heart pounding. “Not here,” I say, keeping my tone low. “This is my business.”
She crosses her arms, eyes blazing. “Oh, now you care about your business? You didn’t care when you were in my bed, did you? Or when you were chasing Taiwo behind my back?”
Customers whisper, some pretending not to listen. My face burns. “Olamide, stop. Let’s go outside.”
She doesn’t move. “No. You think you can cut me off? After everything? I told you, I don’t care about consequences. I want you, and I know you want me.”
I take a deep breath, forcing calm. “What we did was a mistake. I betrayed Adedayo, and I’m not doing that again. I’m trying to be better—for me, for Taiwo, for everyone. Please, let this go.”
Her eyes narrow, but her shoulders sag, a flicker of vulnerability crossing her face. “You think Taiwo’s better than me, don’t you? You think she’s the good girl, and I’m just… a fling?”
My chest tightens. I see her hurt, a woman chasing validation in chaos. “It’s not about better or worse. You deserve someone who can give you everything, not stolen moments. That’s not me.”
She stares, lips trembling, then storms out, the door slamming. The shop buzzes with murmurs, but I barely hear them. I feel like I’ve run a marathon, heart racing, resolve stronger.

Weeks pass, and Taiwo and I grow closer. We meet for coffee, stroll Ikorodu’s streets, and spend an evening at a local open mic where I perform a raw song about guilt and second chances. Taiwo sits in the front row, eyes shining with pride, clapping loudest when I finish.
