I guess its too early to talk about 2019. But if things continue like this then Buhari will be a very vulnerable incumbent president facing reelection. The opposition party will be stupid if they don't snatch victory in 2019. If things never changed till 2019 a southerner can very much likely defeat Buhari, but I think the most ideal opposition candidate that will give APC a fatal defeat punch will be a Northerner who is a liberal Muslim, very educated, intelligent and articulate.
Southerners are attracted to educated, intelligent and eloquent people. Religion doesn't really matter when someone has these attributes, and being a liberal Muslim is a bonus. The northerners due to the mass illiteracy there are only enticed by tribal identity and religion. All they will want to hear is "Northerner" and "Muslim" and their votes are secured.
If the opposition comes up with a candidate with those combination of features I don't think APC will stand a chance even if they rig.

Remember M.K.O Abiola won over a Northern candidate.

Just to add to Lastmumu's recommendation, in cases where Word document is a requirement instead of PDFs you can try to manage the problem by using fonts, formats and insertions that will most likely be generally available e.g. sticking to Times New Roman as a universally available font

I do prefer PDF based on the explanation

my system has issues relating to slow performance and hanging and I took to HP service centre only for them to call replacing hard drive and updating windows for me at 28000naira

CLUE: "hot temperature" and this is how you treat it. Let the system cool down normally then power it up. Open task manager, click on processes then click on top of the column that has CPU twice. this will sort the program with the highest CPU usage first. Try terminating the program by right-clicking and select "end program". Then wait to see if the CPU still heats up.

Some apps I have encountered like the stubborn "NTVDM" are responsible for this sluggishness of the PC. And here is how it works.
- the app starts and triggers the PC to allocate as much CPU as it can to it. This in turn makes the CPU attain it's processing threshold and within a short while, it starts heating. In some cases you hear the fan whirling at full speed but this is sometimes not enough to cool the PC down. Then the PC start slowing down.

Another reason is when the cooling fan area is clogged with dust. So the fan can no longer blow out the heat and this accumulate in large amount hence, causing the processor to heat up and slow processing.

FIX: Get a technician to carefully clean the unit and blow out dust.

My laptop HP pavilion sleekbook 14 performance is very slow takes close to 3mins to boot apps and it also hangs,also get hot temperature and anytime i do a PC refresh it comes back to normal and after some days after which I install office package 2013 and FIFA 14 it starts some few days after to misbehave and it does not turn off display most times, am sure it's not virus cos my windows defender is updated and it saw nothing. Help a nairalander
