"Successful candidates that were not called". You can imagine this country. That you are successful ohh, but someone decided that you won't be called just like that. The raw wickedness of nepotism and selfishness legalized in Nigeria.

A whooping 234slots is not enough to settle scores, but that some successful meritable Nigerians must not be called because they have nobody as a stakeholder abi manfather so-called godfather. Chorus replace them". Loll.

Let them go ahead and replace ohh. Good luck to the replacers. Even if we know the greatest stakeholder, last last na God. If the call comes fine (Stakeholder or not), if not, it's painful, but nothing spoil life continues.

Good morning,

Yes, Expect calls this week and next. Some EH applicants were contacted on Thursday and Friday last week. More GT applicants will be contacted. The recruitment isn’t over.

Good luck!

Lmao grin angry, so the particular information that Neverdown shared is still considered top secret?? So much for what we consider as classified in our own parts of the world, it's the 21st century damnit. And if DPR still considers the number of intakes per staye/position as confidential when people are already chilling at home with their APLs, that would be some heightened level of mediocrity.
It's true that the oppressor's way has gradually become the standard for the oppressed.
I understood the statement "this guy is in soup" in the context of the questions flooded at him (about 3pages or so) , so if you want to spring up a conspiracy theory make sure it really adds up sad
Truth is if we are not all bothered by the outcome of the recruitment, we wouldn't be lurking continuously on the thread and that's completely fine.
Goodluck to everyone that'll still get called up in the end and even to those who wouldn't be called, it's still a world of endless possibilities out there.
I admire the eloquence of your speech

Then which of the favours of your Lord will you deny? [Quran chapter 55:15]

This afternoon around exactly 2:32pm I received a call from Dpr to come and pick my appointment letter tomorrow at the zonal office. I was very shocked because my interview was tough. I didn't answer all the questions. I don't know even the gate man of Dpr. Infact reading your comments that stakeholders have collected makes me totally loose hope. Because I know the son of a common man will not succeed In a competitive recruitment like this. Alhamdulillah I give all thanks to Allah. And I hope others receive the same call. I will reveal more after I collect my letter physically from the zonal office. Allah Nagode maka, Allah yakarawa annabi daraja.
This is beautiful. MashaAllah

Varies from state to state based on your state representation. Like Ebonyi had alot of slots while Niger had little.

After the 3 months has elapsed everyone will go for induction at the same time. So doesnt matter when you start
OK great.
Again, thank you very much. Well appreciated smiley

You have 3 months to accept the offer from the date posted on the letter 1st July 2018. That means you dont have to start on 13th August. Im choosin to start in september. The earliest you can start is 13th August, thats all

They will call your numbers that you uploaded on your portal, you will all collect from your zonal offices based on the address you put on your portal unless someone else collects for you.

Youll also receive text incase they dont get you on your phone.

The reason i said EH will have slight delay is because he will use today to sign your letters, but there is no work so its until monday before they send to other zonal offices outside Abuja. Those for Abuja will collect from Monday and the rest from Tuesday or Wednesday Latest.
Lagos too if he goes back to Lagos on sunday from Monday
Thank you Mr. Legend90
Appreciated.

Normally, you have 90 days or 3 months within which to accept or decline an offer of employment.

I believe that DPR's intent is for successful candidates to begin work in August, but the laws that be, says you have 90 days to make up your mind, failing of which, you loose that employment and since DPR is government parastatal, they have no options than to stick to the laws.

I hope this helped?
Oh yes, it helped
Thank you for that.

Another question, I assume everyone will go on training roughly at the same time or in batches (I don't know), so for e.g. if someone decides to accept the offer so close to the deadline, say September 28th, where/when does his/her training come in before the start of work?

And does that mean that some people who have accepted their offer sharply may have started work already (say, in the said August) before that late-comer even accepts his/her offer?

I don't know how all this works. Just wondering.

You can get a hint from paragraph number. 4 on the offer letter. I think resumption date is subject to condition stated on paragraph number 4.
Seen. Thank you

Mr. Legend90, thank you for this letter.

I noticed the letter says to complete and return the acceptance slip on or before 1st October 2018. But the resumption date (they say) is in August, how does that work? A clarification would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.
