First of all, Yorubas did not MASSIVELY vote for GEJ. In fact, one of the Yoruba states voted for Ribadu, and the only reason Lagos voted GEJ then was because of the over 97% heavy Igbo voting for GEJ in Lagos. Lagos only gave GEJ 50% of votes. If Igbo votes were not involved, Lagos would have favoured Ribadu by about 80%.

The other Yoruba states only gave GEJ numbers in the 50 -60s.

Tinubu in fact only started supporting GEJ maybe about a week before the election when he figured GEJ was gonna win that election. You think I have forgotten this fact.

GEJ worked hard to make a Yoruba person the speaker of of the House of Representatives, but northerners in cahoots with Yorubas blocked that, so you cannot blame GEJ for viewing you with a little suspicion especially as you all played a part in denying the SW the number 4 position of the country.

GEJ helped enhance the southern unity, but Yorubas are so perpetually and extremely jealous of any southern group that appears to be enjoying any fortune, which is why the SW had to work tooth and nail, to thwart GEJ's 2015 ambition.

2023 is another year. We will all see what will happen

That was exactly what the SE/SS alliance tried to do in 2015, but Yorubas decided to support Fulanis.

I don't think the SE/SS alliance will want to dispel that myth, with a SW presidential candidate in 2023.

As you also know, any election is a game of numbers. Blocs reach agreements to increase their votes. Abiola period is not like 2023. Abiola came up when the SS and Anambra were willing to support his presidential bid. This time around, I am not sure Tinubu's people have the confidence of the SS or the SE, and I doubt his team has the support of the middle belt, so it will be a steeper mountain to climb this time around.

As things stand now, Tinubu may only be able to rely on SW votes. Anywhere outside the SW is a no-go area for him

Apart from Ikoyi in Lagos, no other Yoruba town in South West has one tenth of the structures currently in the poorest Eastern state. Ask questions! Go to Nnewi and see structures!Go to Abakiliki and see structures! Go to Owerri and see structures! Go to Abribra in Abia state and see structures! I said Ikoyi, not even all parts in Lagos has such structures like these places l just mentioned! I have been to all states in Yoruba Land, none is opened! I went to Osun State, l was in deep shock! I went to Ekiti State, l was like damn! No wonder you are all coming to Lagos!

You seem to forget this person you are talking about is not a politician, rather an epitome of financial industries. What's wrong with her kids studying abroad? did you for once think she lived in Nigeria? her kids were born abroad b4 she even took up a position. If her CV is that corrupt as painted she would be nowhere near all these juicy positions she has attained on the world stage. Give praises to one who it's due and not politicise everything!

Then I can conclude that Yorubas will never force themselves on awori rather the aworis would want to do familiarity with the Yorubas. Have you read about fulanis in Ilorin? Although, history has it that they conquered Afonja and claim ownership of Ilorin but what amazes me is, they bear Yoruba name in their names. Emir of Ilorin has Yoruba name in his names. So, I don't think aworis would ever want to make any move to say they want to chase the yorubas (land owners) out of Lagos having such huge similarities with the Yorubas. The indigenous people of Ilorin tried but failed, so why would aworis try that.
