Construction wise, that's not advisable. What you're thinking is called partial walls/walling.
You ought to differentiate between load bearing walls and non load bearing walls to be able to put that through. Depending on your house design wardrobe walls can be done in such way, etc, etc.
Traditionally walls on the DPC(super structure) are supposed to be aligned onto the walls beneath at the foundation level(sub structure). Not doing that may cause your DPC to cave in at such positions once there's soil settlement and it may affect the wall above.

Wow! Now I see the danger in doing that. Alignment is the keyword here. Thanks once again.

I'm no civil engineer but let me try - I think because the load bearing columns are normally at the end of the partitions, and these are specified to work in conjunction with the lower foundation horizontal beams or blindings, the partitioning has to mimic this for proper transfer of load.

Perhaps also because it is easier to compact the filling material to a satisfactory level when contained in partitioned off areas rather than a wider area and future settlement is even.

Gurus in the house, I have a question that has been bugging my mind for a while now.
Sirs/mas, if I'm going to do a DPC ( pour concrete on a DPM), why then should I bother myself with all the partitions during the excavation of the foundation? Why not just get the external diameter, and make some partitions and leave the rest? For instance, instead of digging toilet, ante room, parlour dining, kitchen, store, all the rooms, etc. Why not just a selected few out of all those and then, do the full partitioning after the DPC has been done. I hope I'm understood. Thanks.

God will provide for you and you will complete this project. As for using 9" blocks, I need the experts to tell us why it is now a popular opinion to use it instead of 6".
Here in Uyo, what is common is even 5" solid blocks from foundation to finish. That is what I intend doing when I will do mine.

Hello professionals and friends on this great forum. I bought a land in Uyo but, unfortunately, the land was a scam. The seller (scammer) even told me to go ahead and do my survey on the property which I did. Although, I just got the survey sketch to enable me get my plan done. The plan was done according to the sketch and all money paid in full to the architect.
Problem now is that, having lost that land, I got another land but, the dimension of the building plan is not entering this new land. Dimensions of the building is 17x11m. Attached is the new land survey sketch. What do you advice? Thanks.
