TheBae: Yes you can apply now as long as the circumstances have changed abit. In your last app, did you submit your CAC documents and your SOA? Any landed properties? What's the longest time you've spent visiting outside the country? Travel history isn't a big deal as long as you're not a regualr visitor of terrorist countries and you've never overstayed. So if you can show your personal assets and source of income, you'll be fine. Yea I have Never overstayed in all countries I visit and also included my business certificate, yearly tax payment with the Tax Clearance Card and receipt of 2 landed property purchased too...(Countries are Holland,France,Italy,Austria, Turkey,Malaysia,Dubai,South Africa,India n Kenya.... Abeg which one is terrorist country ooooo |

thesoj: Do you have a BSc already? Was the program a PGD? What was your BSc in and what course is the Conestoga program? Did you submit an SOP with your TRV application? When did you finish your most recent education and what have you been doing since then? Answering these questions would make it easier to help you.
Btw, a purpose of visit denial is usually when the VO is not convinced about why you are going for the program you are going for. This could be because the course is completely unrelated to your first degree and you did not explain clearly why you are going for the course. It sometimes is also because you are going for a program with a lower certificate than the one you already have... e.g. going for a diploma or advanced diploma even though you already have a BSc. @thesoj my ogas questions at you oooo help me solve matter ooo |

TheBae: I applied for student visa but I applied for visiting visa for some of my family members so visiting me won't be complicated for them. Applied via paper, that's what I would recommend @TheBAE thank you you for the response can I apply now cos I was refused visiting visa in March when I applied on the basis of the following. Refused March 19th 2015 1) Travel History 2)Employment 3)Current asst and Financial Status You have not truthfully answered the questions satisfactorily........ I have a good travel history, run a boutique of mine please what do I do now cos I intend reapplying now cos I travelled immediately after the refusal in March. |

TheBae: @Torishe is the visiting visa out yet? I sent them 3 emails daily for the past 3 days and the passport got dispatched today. If you're running out of time, i'll advise you to send them a COMPASSIONATE PLEA regarding the application and attach a ticket booking itinerary (you don't have to pay for the ticket). I know 3 people who have done this in the past week and got their visiting visas few days after @TheBAE did you apply for visiting visa and please what are the list of documents submitted. Also would you advice paper or online route for submission.... Thanks |

imperialebony: You're most welcome! I sponsored him. He provided his personal/salary statement too. He receives 150k net, monthly. I also submitted my salary account statement in addition to the company bank statement. We put up a group application. We made copies of documents each, but submitted together inside a single file jacket provided by the vfs staff and labelled each application 1/2 and 2/2. The vfs staff folded our documents separately and kept it inside one file so both applications could be treated together. Alright then information cool and how can I send a direct message to you... |

imperialebony: Thank you very much @ Floxymart . Don't be discouraged. You could reapply. About your hubby's case, applicants' mission differ. If what he's going for is urgent and the date is close, the embassy could expedite the process. If the inviting institution in France had also made a case for him at the embassy that his mission in France is important and urgent, he could be attended to, ahead of others. Again, if the visa officer doesn't have much applications to treat, the process could be faster. I'm speaking from experience with other embassies though. For instance, the day I went to pick up my visa, there was no single head on the seats outside, as if it was holiday . I used to enter France via Germany and other eu countries. I had never applied to French embassy for visa before. This was my first time. I hope his result comes out positive. Cheers. Please what number did you cal the French embassy on |

LagosNIV: I don't know about your specific case. We don't provide answers about specific cases anyways. Having a good travel history and owning a business are only two parts of your entire application though... Thank you VO well I noticed whenever the visa officers ask me if I have a child or am pregnant and I tell them no, the next thing I see is a refusal letter. This has always happened in all interview I attended..... |

Eke40seven: Going to that senate house is one hell of a process. Let him just go to his department and request for it. @tariy, I once posted what the one issued at my department looked like in part one of this thread in fact, relaying how I did mine also.
I doubt Unilag will accept issuing the letter. "to whom it may concern". You know them like money. I told the secretary at my department to use uni assist since they are a neutral body and then certified as many as possible. That's same one is what I have been using since last year. Or just simply go to the ministry of education and get one without probs. And for your transcript, the name of the school should only appear on the cover letter. its actually not relevant in this case. yank the damn sheet off and exchange it for a ball of akara or you would be implicating yourself. Did you read what's addressed on it? @EKE40seven thank you pls can help to forward the sample to ma email tariyleee@gmail.com also how can I reach you and are an ex akokite |
