Pls fellow Nairalanders, Why do we have more Foreigners expert in the Niger-Delta than their Nigerian counterparts?
Also, Why should our Engineers be sent abroad for further acquisition of knowledge on Engineering? Are Nigerian engineers not competent? If yes what are the reasons?[size=8pt][size=8pt]

Its about this Girl I really love. We've been friends for a while, but I intend carring this to the next level (You know what I mean). I text'd her one day and declared my love for her.

Some days later, she text'd me saying I should stop calling her, and that we are know more friends. I asked her why she said so, and she said its because I told her i love her.

During a Jamb Coaching, I saw A Girl I really love, but I  didn't have d opportunity of meeting her. But I while I was in school I phoned her and sent my Pics.
She  replied telling me knows dat face but not much, nd she wouldn't like to go into any R/ship 4 now.  I accepted hoping dat with time r/ship will be built. She also told me that she's presently in Abuja. Since then I've been calling her and she's been calling me too,   a rapport was developed btw the two of us, she even sends me night messages,  I also received her text message when I was celebrating my Birthday.

We're going to the same church, but not the same or location. I saw her friend in one of our combined meetings and I introduced my self to her, but to my surprise, 2hrs after, the girl text me saying “Pls don’t call me again. Get dat !!!
I called her but she refused to pick the phone. A few days later, I called and she picked it, telling me that her friend has described me to her and that she’s at that moment rejecting me.
What puzzles me is that, when I sent my pics. To her she didn’t reject me, but when her friend described me to her is when she now rejects me. 
Pls what have i done wrong?
