I experienced the same thing last year, it was very annoying.

Naruto will probably decline the offer to become hokage, He's too much like Jiraiya, And Jiraiya cos he won't want to be weighed down by the responsibility. There's the possibility that naruto will allow sasuke become hokage just to compensate the uchiha clan.

WackyJ1: this is completely false... What about other Jounins that can use two natures? Is it because it is only kakashi that has been showing his fully ? Sharingan transplant can grant you special techniques like Amaterasu but cannot grant you another chakra nature. What the sharingan does is allow you to copy and know the intricasies of using another element i.e. Break down the working principles of a jutsu allow you to understand how to use it. It's like what happened on the battlefield with the earth man teaching everybody else the earth technique. Difference is that sharingan's own is automatic.
Kakuzu's method is something special, you should not assume that it is like that, you don't know whether the way of taking the heart and having the nature type is a technique within itself maybe part of his thread technique

Dude read well b4 u throw kunais @ me, the average Jounin can use 2 elements, but most of them stick to the one they're more profficient with, Kakashi inherited 2 of obito's elemental affinity when he got obito's sharingan, that was the reason given 4 kakuzu's ability to use the 5 basic elements.

Kakashi's ability to use 4 elements is as a result of having Obito's sharingan. The way Kishi puts it, if you have someone's organ transplanted in your body, you inherit their elemental chakra, which also explains why kakuzu can use the 5 basic elements.

It seems anyone can perform just about any jutsu if they know the hand seals EVEN if they don't have affinity for the element.

there has to bean affinity, but how ever there are "bottom of the barrel" jutsus which almost anybody can perform ^{(which is actually what shikamaru requested for)}.
i'm sure even lee performed that jutsu .

Kakashi can only use 4 (which i believe is due to obito's organ/chakra in his body), it's kakuzu that uses 5 elements.

I almost missed the opportunity because I thought it was an advert, It had been a long hard day, and I was about to take a nap when the call came in ( 4 my mind I was like these people no go gree person rest with them yeye adverts), I almost didn't pick, but the spirit ministered to me to pick, thank God I did.

I doubt the hokages will allow any in-fighting.
