I do not support the use of either hijab, skirts or any other gear apart from the official nysc gear.

Look @ it this way, an hijab (tho not the official head gear of the nysc, can be tucked into the Khaki (or any top worn by the corper), and it won't hinder any physical activity the corper engages in, but a skirt...
