Hmm, more tips

- Do not receive calls on bridges and flyovers

- Avoid isolation and seclusion for a long period of time

- Stay optimistic

- Save as much as you can

- Try having a very quiet time for about 5 - 10 mins

- Exercise at least an hour a day
