When will christians get it right. Christ did not come to promise earthly rewards if God's words are followed, He came for our salvation. Christ was all about the poor. Our Lord even advised a righteous man to give away his riches to the poor(and not the church).

People who have problems need hope and the only place they can find it is in church. It hurts me to see how men with intelligence fail to see how so called men of God take advantage of these people's desperation and rob them of the little they have in exchange for false hope. People have lost focus on the most important thing. God is free for everyone to worship. You dont have to be a member of any particular church or be a disciple of any so called man of God to enter the kingdom of God or to recieve God's blessings. There are more churches than banks these days. PEOPLE OPEN YOUR EYES.

How does it affect the plight of the common man in the street? There are some questions i would like to pose to the BODY OF CHRIST AS A WHOLE IN NIGERIA. Here they are:

A: HOW HAVE THEY INFLUENCED THE COUNTRY SINCE INDEPENDENCE?
B: HOW MANY OF THEIR MEMBERS HAVE THEY HELPED IN MAKING LIFE A LITTLE EASIER?
C: THE MISSIONARIES WHO BROUGHT CHRISTIANITY SERVED THEIR CONVERTS BY BUILDING SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, AND OFFERED SUCCOUR TO THE PERSECUTED. WHAT ARE OUR PRESENT DAY CHURCHES DOING? ESPECIALLY THE PENTECOSTALS? YET, THE MEMBERS PAY TITHES I OBEDIENCE TO THE WORD OF THE LORD


THE CHURCH IS MEANT TO HELP TAKE CARE OF THE NEEDY IN OUR SOCIETY, BUT IT HAS FAILED. CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME. LET HIM PRAY FOR HIS GOOD FRIENDS IN POWER (THEY FLOCK TO ASO ROCK AL THE TIME) TO CHANGE AND ALSO CURB THEIR GREED. MAYBE THEN HIS DIGNITY WILL BE RESTORED AS A TRUE MAN OF GOD.

NAWAO!!!!. Please anyone finding fault in this advert should tell me where they implied Nigeria is a nation of scammers. In my lifetime, i have seen  great Italian Mafia movies made by Americans that the Italian community didnt take offence to. Same goes for cuban druglord movies. So i ask again where did it say Nigeria is a nation of scammers or am i watching the wrong advert?

No offence to anyone but after watching the advert over and over, what exactly is everybody infuriated about. Nowhere in the statement did the man who made the comment generalize that all nigerians are frauds. He only said he will be a Nigerian millionaire if yadayadayada.  comments like columbian druglord does not mean all columbians are druglords.

sorry to confuse you guys. My mate and i both date white girls who happen to be friends and he got his white girlfriend pregnant only for the occurence mentioned above to happen. I on the other hand am looking at what he is going through and begining to panic since i do want to see my own relationship with me girl go far, hope i cleared all the confusion. After dating black girls for a while and not having any luck with them due to their needy and high maintenance behavior i decided to start dating girls from a different race(whites). After 2months of dating, i could see the difference. These girls were independent in the sense that they pay for their food, cinema fee, phone bills etc .

One day my mate got his white girlfriend pregnant. Now, when their baby was born there was total chaos. Because his white girl was not religious, she refused to have circumcision for the male child. Also she wanted the boy to have the last name of her parents. Although i love my girl and willing to stay with her till God chooses, i feel uncomfortable with my child sharing a different belief and culture with myself. i think the word you are looking for is conservative. UK is a country where people who have money to buy a ferari would rather buy a GOLF. Why?? because  of TAX. nothing is free. you buy a car be ready to pay half the price of it for insurance. Infact it applies with everything. Nigerians by our nature are show offs. we buy what we dont need just to get people talking about us. So to give an answer to your question, i dont think think nigerians in uk are stingy, i think it is the nigerians at home who are too demanding asking and expecting things they can really do without.
