I have an application for a visa appointment for a spring semester course. The application is still in the drawing process but I will apply for a winter semester course as well. Do I withdraw my application and apply for a new one or still allow it to continue?

Please I just recently made enquiries at VSTE for a course in Logistics technologies and got this mail:

Nostrification is required, see link. It is necessary to send a bachelor's degree and a transcript of superlegalizations, a completed application for nostrification, pay a fee of 121 EUR and they should be notarized copies. Then the department will assess your studies whether or not the diploma can be recognized. In case it is not possible to recognize, there is a CVUT faculty in Prague which has a wider spectrum and I recommend that you prepare a nostrification at their university and register with our Institute with nostrification. This will save you a nostrification fee.



We still need to conduct an admission procedure after submitting the application, and the deadline will now be in April. However, nostrification is required, so have the Department of Logistics prepared it at CTU Prague.

I am confused about superlegalizations and notarizing. Do I notarize before superlegalization? Superlegalization is in court and then in embassy right? Please, I will appreciate if someone can explain it better for me.

Wish I could help but I didn't do my secondary school in Nigeria nor write WAEC so they didn't ask me for one.
