Apart from the fact that your story cannot be verified, is there a government University in Nigeria where there is no corruptuon? I can list hundreds of corruption cases from U.I, UNILAG,OAU etc. The Nigerian society is corrupt.

Scrap the FRSC and merge them with the Traffic Unit of the Nigerian Police. Do same with the VIO.

Scrap NSCDC and merge them with the Police.

Scrap NOSDRA and NESREA and merge them with the Federal Ministry of Environment. Expand the Federal Ministry of Environment to cover not only Environment, but Occupational Safety, Occupational Health/Industrial Hygiene. Till now we do not have a national regulator for HSE.

Pass the PIB and merge the down stream unit of the DPR with PPPRA.

Tell all regulators apart from the DPR and one or two others, to back off from the Oil and Gas Industry. It is too multi-regulated with little or no impact. All regulators are only seeking for oil companies to pay fees and pay their staff out of pocket when they come for unnecessary inspections in many cases. NOSDRA visits.So does NESREA, LAWMA, LASEPA, DPR, Ministry of Health, NIMASA, Weight and Measures, Chamber of Commerce, Road Safety (in depots), NSCDC, Navy, etc. Etc.

My dear I don't work with NAF, I'm just the highly interested type, over the years i got to pick alot from here and there.
The next stage is called the selection board, and the list for those who will be invited for it is what we are waiting for. A thorough screening will be done at that stage(credentials, medical screening, exam and oral interview, then the 3.2 km race will all happen there). Those who successfully completed that stage will wait to see if their names appear on the final list for training.
As for those whose courses were not listed, all I can say is going by alot what we have heard in the past, people have scaled through with such an issue, only time will tell for this particular process, don't be discouraged.

That's why you need to start running so your body gets used to the stress before the time. Mind you there are marks allocated depending on your arrival, the faster you finish the run the higher your mark. If you arrive at 20mins 1sec you will be disqualified, that's for ladies.

Letter of attestation of good character will be given to you by any prominent person from your state of origin which whom ever that signed your form can give. Air force can't give you letter of attestation of good character.

hy guys... Life in DSS training school is not as tough and rigid as dat of d army airforce NDA crap where pple even die in d process. Popsman served as instructor there for 5years and hes telling me dis evening dat cadets are only paid allowance and also fed 3times daily. But at d end of d duration u receive complete 10months salary wch is over 1.2m currently for SIO IIs. He said games and sports activities are aven allowed at weekends, no one is allowed out of d premises except with d permision of d director in charge. Thers also what they call un-armed combat training wherby chinese instructors teach cadets karate and taekwondo. He says phones and cameras are allowed even as at 2014, except if d current DG has introduced new rules and policies to d service. All in all, training school period will be fun and lively, me myself and I will buy my car as soon as my 10months pepper enter my hand o, i dont knw abt u guys but if am resuming work as a cadet SIO II, mehn na in a big way o. How i go wear my suit con climb bike or enter bus dey go work? Dat devil is a liar!!! Lolzzzz
