Have you ask yourself why state government is now the ones maintaining Fed roads. What has the works ministry been doing till that point where state government had to intervene?

Would state governors who have plenty of other works to do be going to repair federal roads if the federal government is heeding to calls to get them maintained.
Activities of FERMA is non existent in the south south and south east. How else do you explain the poor state of federal roads in this region? If u imagine the suffering people pass thru on the highway. u will wonder if there is even a government in Nigeria.
