ALAT BY WEMA AND ITS STUPENDOUS RESPONSE

In relation to a thread, I opened on nairaland https://www.nairaland.com/3902876/alat-wema-bank-experience
some days ago about how alat team refused to activate my account even after completing the necessary procedures , called there customer service, sent several mails also credited the account.
7hours after creating the thread on nairaland I received a confirmation email that my account has been activated, I received plethora of calls from ALAT authorities.
I was called by their General Manager who pleaded also enlighten on future of ALAT, I was not after making any money from the situation, I was bent on ensuring justice, openness,credibility and transparency.
ALAT is bent on ensuring quality and I commend them for this bold step.

I have tested ALAT and It Works.

after viewing countless advert on social media I decided to open alat digital back account , I uploaded all required document and within few hours it was approved and after two day I received my ATM card tru UPS I was amazed.
I made a little transfer to my alat account just for testing and I received notification instantly not knowing my account is under Restriction .
I have made countless call and mails to alat customer service they kept saying it will be activated soon I asked when but no response.
it been weeks now I opened alat digital account, I credited the account and they have refused to activate my account.

This quite strange considering my experience. The few instances I've had to contact them via mail, I usually receive phone calls from them with clear instruction(s) on resolving whatever the issue I have is.
May I ask, via what email address have you been contacting them? Because their support email address is "help@alat.ng". If that is the email address you've been sending mails to, I'll advise that you send a reminder.

I have sent several mails to help@alat.ng they will replied back that my issue will be resolved within 48hrs my brother till now NOTHING

my advise for you is to apply for bachelor's degree No standard university in US will accept your HND.

I was so nervous so I just said I have been working from home since then . Which isn't true.. now I have applied again. Hello everyone. i saw this thread last week just days before my interview. Was at d embassy on friday 5th December. Here is how it went down.

Me: Good morning i replied smiling back at her
V0: How was ur nite
Me: It was fine thanks and urs?

V0: So ur goin to university of xyz
me: Yes i am for my undergraduate degree in xyz
V0: ok. How did u get to know about the school
me: my professor referred the school to me due to the school 's ongoing research on my field of study and i also went online to research further on the
school (for my mind i knew that was a lie buh anything to make my case look strong would be chipped in)
V0: When did u finish ur secondary education
me: 2006
V0: So wat have u bin doing since then? ( i was prepared for this question since i was going for my 2nd undergraduate degree)
me: Well, i finished my secondary education in 2006, gained admission to a reputable federal university
in d western part of Nigeria also in 2006, graduated in 2011, went for the mandatory national youth service in 2012, finished it in 2013 and started writing my professional exams in my new field.

me: Ok thanks. i then collected the 2 white papers that she gave me. one was address of pick up location and the other was a flyer on orientation at the embassy for intending students.
NB// i wasn't asked why i wanted to do a second undergraduate degree, or my toefl or ielts or what is the salary of my dad or his bank account or proof of his ability to sponsor me. i believe from the little i saw that embassy must have already made up their minds at least 50% on whether to issue a Visa or not and d interview is just to convince and confirm their initial assessment of the application. However, the most important factor is God. If he says yes, no one can say no. God bless you all. Success to others.
