In relation to a thread, I opened on nairaland https://www.nairaland.com/3902876/alat-wema-bank-experience
some days ago about how alat team refused to activate my account even after completing the necessary procedures , called there customer service, sent several mails also credited the account.
7hours after creating the thread on nairaland I received a confirmation email that my account has been activated, I received plethora of calls from ALAT authorities.
I was called by their General Manager who pleaded also enlighten on future of ALAT, I was not after making any money from the situation, I was bent on ensuring justice, openness,credibility and transparency.
ALAT is bent on ensuring quality and I commend them for this bold step.

This quite strange considering my experience. The few instances I've had to contact them via mail, I usually receive phone calls from them with clear instruction(s) on resolving whatever the issue I have is.
May I ask, via what email address have you been contacting them? Because their support email address is "help@alat.ng". If that is the email address you've been sending mails to, I'll advise that you send a reminder.

I have sent several mails to help@alat.ng they will replied back that my issue will be resolved within 48hrs my brother till now NOTHING

NB// i wasn't asked why i wanted to do a second undergraduate degree, or my toefl or ielts or what is the salary of my dad or his bank account or proof of his ability to sponsor me. i believe from the little i saw that embassy must have already made up their minds at least 50% on whether to issue a Visa or not and d interview is just to convince and confirm their initial assessment of the application.
