Absolute nonsense from Daily Trust. You cannot confirm the status of a company by mere checking on the website of CAC. CAC website is never updated regularly. Even as an auditor, I can’t rely on information from CAC website as absolute proof of the status of a company.

Daily Trust should write to CAC and do a legal search of the company. That’s the best way to get the necessary information. I can bet this is just a sponsored attack on the company by some vested interest.

In the case of this event, no rules was put in place and the organisers who are human didnt try to put law and order in place, therefore the choas lead to kids dying. so the organisers are to be held responsible for the loss of lives.
