Where are my packages

I placed this order since on the 5th of May. Even the client I ordered it for has vex finished. Since I paid for both the purchase and shipping, i haven't heard from you guys. My seller told me she shipped the following day she got payment which was on the 6th of May. Yet I haven't heard anything from you guys.

I have called tire, send message tire yet no response.

Since last week Friday. I don't even know where my order is.


And the one in Lagos. I have paid for the shipping and local shipping fee, yet no show. I'm regretting using them now self.

And the worst of all. They don't reply messages or calls.

Is this still working?

Worst customer care. Worst system. Please if you don't want frustration.

@op, you don't need someone to develop a solution for you, what you need is someone to install a POS software for you.

There's no point re-inventing the wheel. It will take months to achieve the quality of Quickbooks and this will definitely cost you more. From stock management/inventory, purchase orders, bar code reader integration etc.

I'm a software developer so I know what I'm saying. I have done the inventory part before and I did it because there was prospect for getting multiple clients to use it, though it didn't later work out.

Just get someone to install and customize Quickbooks or a variant for you.

Thanks for the response bro. What I need isn't Quickbooks. I know Quickbooks. I want my own version developed, I'm a bit of a coder too. I want the developer to design mine for me based on my specifications and I'll want to have the source code too for future modifications.
