Job Description
o Givanas Group is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for securing distributors/ wholesalers for the company’s products and moving the account pursuit through the entire sales cycle.
o The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing goals, and standards, implementing plans, and providing resources to drive profitability.
Responsibilities
o Onboard new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
o Leverage client relationships and detailed knowledge of clients’ commercial processes to ensure predictable execution of deals against quarterly and annual targets
o Responsible for establishing goals and standards, implementing plans, and providing resources to drive profitability
o Meets/exceeds client expectations and drives profitable business growth by delivering client results
o Make appointments to present products to wholesalers, beauticians, existing and potential clients
o Persuade clients to buy the company’s products and meet sales targets.
o Keep detailed records of contacts, sales, and reporting information back to the team lead about customer needs
o Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
o Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
o Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
o Participate in quality improvement of slow-selling products and program development activities.
o Act as a liaison between the customer, and the company for their services as needed
o Develop personal relationships/contacts with major cosmetics dealers, supermarkets, and key areas.
Qualifications
o Degree in any field with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably FMCG industry.
o Demonstrable ability to meet sales/distribution targets, distributors, etc.
o 3-5 experience in a similar role.
o Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
o Ability to work with minimal direction and to take the initiative to follow up on customers/clients.
o Ability to recognize relationship challenges with customers/clients, and the ability to initiate appropriate action to resolve them.
o Between 29-30 years of age.
o Must currently be working in the FMCG sector.
o Must reside in the Eastern part of Nigeria.
Must-Have Skills:
o Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
o Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
o A team player with a customer-oriented approach
o Creativity and commercial awareness
Salary

N150,000 gross per month.

My exam is on Saturday, and it was stated in the confirmation mail that, I'll get an exam number 2-7 days before my exam, confirming that my registration is successful. At my registration column on my dashboard, the review of my Passport is showing: Pending.
