There is a group on telegram where they pretend to be selling bitcoin and ethereum. Different people send messages claiming to have bitcoin for sell. The admin drops an account number and you see payment evidence and they claim to send the bitcoin and also receive the bitcoin. It was so believable. Anyways its a scam and I got swindled about N55k.
Be careful of the Name GODSTIME NDEGO with UBA account number 2186655058

And in case anyone has any experiences with the said person or know the telegram group. please share.

To educate you a bit. Do you know what is called damages? We had an agreement. signed with proof, you told me to start coming out to your side. i spent my transport money 1500 to get to Agbara, and stayed there for 2 hours, missing my jobs, and missing potential money. and instead to call me, youu then sold same laptop to another person, and told me that it was not because i was not there, when you know from the begining i was not in lagos, and i wasted another persons time.... my dear i can sue him to court on that ground.

Just as a seller has every right like you Claimed, a buyer has every right to file for agreement violation.

It is called total violation of contract, because there was already a physical money spent and time wasted.

Now let me educate you. While a verbal agreement might be legally binding, your terms aren’t favorable to the seller hence he can renegade on the deal when he pleases. Why will you say you’ll hold his money in escrow for 3days ? A lot of people here have said it and I’ll say it again let the matter die. It’s business you both are at fault but he’s not said or done anything that makes him a scammer. You’ve defamed him and that’s reasonable ground for a lawsuit from him. A lot of sellers will be weary of you because of your terms. I paid Kreamie for a laptop without meeting him or asking for him to be vouched for. I waited for more than a month to get the laptop and when it came I was very please. I’ve never seen him in my life. It’s business. Don’t defame people because you’re pained.
