Football is definitely not about speed alone but I love Balde's ball carrying from deep and how he can dribble in tight spaces. Only thing remaining for him is his decision making in the final third and accuracy of his crosses. He's only 22. He hasn't even reached his peak yet. He's got plenty of time to improve his skills and become a complete LB.

Yes we have been worried that his development seemed to have stalled this season. He hasn't convinced De La Fuente to call him up and displace Cucurella & Grimaldo. Still a lot of work for him to do but I won't dismiss him simply because Cancelo started and gave an assist against almighty Levante.

Thank you bro, just one good game for Cancello and everyone is already calling Balde names.

The same useless Cancelo I watched for a while season? You must be joking.

Kounde is miles better than anything Cancelo ever did at Barca. This is Kounde's first bad season since he became a Barca player so stop the sensationalism.

Kounde was arguably our best defender few seasons ago and was a very competent CB. Even better than Araujo. The only issue was Christensen came and was equally very good and we badly needed someone in the RB role which Kounde adapted to. Araujo was good in the CB too, so naturally we moved the person more competent at RB which was Kounde amongst the centre backs. That's the only reason Kounde is at RB.

Yamal came and they blended so well it was hard to implement changes because Yamal's performance dropped anytime Kounde was absent.

Not that he's bad in CB and moved to RB like you're trying to say.
When Kounde dey hot, Cubarsi no fit smell that CB position.

We will give Benefit of the doubt.

He needs at the right wing.

Kounde is one of the most lethargic defenders I've seen since Xavi left Barca. He's been nothing short of atrocious and will continue to cause issues for Barca.

If Eric/Casado started in midfield, while Martin started at CB, Madrid would've been losing that half but at least 2 goals.

If Kounde still has that technique, awareness and solidity expected of a CB. Then, Cancelo's loan Is a very good tactical option to help squad depth.

Kounde can't play as a CB, that would be disastrous.
Instead Cancelo should be the CB, I know that's not his natural position

Let kounde retain his position and let Cancelo switch.

Reason was that kounde loses the ball and not being focused.
