Tax payers money where used to build those toll gate, mention the investor name since you have idea of the project.

Travel and educate yourself una no go gree..... Dubai is 100% richer than Lagos Roads bridges are privately built and tolled with solik toll system, same thing in London metropolitan city, this gives Government more revenue for other social infrastructure like schools , hospitals etc
